Unpacking
Each SPERO 16 is built to the highest standard and thoroughly inspected before leaving the factory. Upon arrival, carefully inspect the packaging. If you find any damage. immedi- ately notiy the retailer or shipping company. Check that the following parts are supplied within the package

Connectivity
The SPERO 16 features wireless Bluetooth connectivity. Physical audio and power connections can be made via ports located on the rear face of the base.
Getting Started
- Connecting the Power Connect an appropriate AC socket adaptor to the battery charger
- Connect the battery charger to the mains socket outlet
- Connect the battery chargers cable to the SPERO angular sunlight A

Power Control
Press and Hold the power button for 3 seconds to power ON/OFF the product
AUX Line-In Mode
To use the SPERO 16 as an active loudspeaker, simply connect the 3.5mm audio cable from your music source to the Aux input connection and start playing music
Bluetooth Mode for Music Streaming
To use the Bluetooth speaker, please follow these Simple steps:
- Make sure the speaker and your Bluetooth- enabled device such as a smartphone or tablet are no more than I meter (3ft) away
- To initiate the pairing process
- press the Bluetooth button on the SPERO 16 base
- Enable your mobile device’s Bluetooth Function and set the device to search ror nearby Bluetooth devices
- After the search is completed, select the SPERO 16 from the Bluetooth device list
- Once paired, ensure the SPERO 16 and your Bluetooth-enabled device are always within a 10-meter (30ft) distance to ensure stable connectivity (obstacles could shorten the wireless range)
Overview
The SPERo 16 delivers pristine sound and excit ing visual lighting effects. Both sound and lighting controls are accessible on the base of the product and via iOS and Android APP’s.
Power Switch
Power Switch To toggle ON/OFF the SPERO 16 PRESS AND HOLD for 3s When the SPERO 16 power is turned on, it will announce “Power On” When the SPERO 16 power is turned off, it will announce “Power Off
Audio Controls
Volume Decrease
Stap volume down SINGLE PRESS Auto-increment ant volume down cONTINUOUS PRESS
Bluetooth
Enter pairing Moda: SINGLE PRESS
Volume Increase Step volume up SINGLE PRESS Auto-increment volume up cONTINUOUS PRESS
Audio Level Display
The volume level can only be adjusted while the Bluetooth audio is streaming or while an external 3.5mm audio cable is inserted. The volume level is visually displayed as an illuminated volume level indicator on the front- center edge when the volume level had been modified.
True Wireless Stereo Pairing Mode
The True Wire less Stereo (TWS) technology uses Bluetooth signals to enable two individual speakers to operate as a single wireless Stereo Pai. Stereo Pairing should be initiated after first pairing one of the SPERO 16 speakers with your prefered music device. During the Stereo Pairing process, the speakers will “beep” every 5 seconds until they connect to one another. The SPERO 16 will contin ue to attempt the stereo pairing process for 60 seconds. When the two SPEREO 16’s successfully pair with each other, they will announce “TWS Connected” If the SPEREO 16’s are unable to connect with its companion speaker, it will exit the Stereo Pairing automatically and announce “Pairing Failed”
Enter Stereo Palring Mode
Simultaneously Press and Hoid the Increase buttons together for 3 seconds until a Blue-Pulsing pattern is SPERO 166 Bluetooth and Volume illuminated on the Do this process on both speakers
Successful Stereo Pairing
Once each of the SPERO 16’s have successtully another, they Will indicate thier connection status of elther a left or right audio signal by lluminating the appropriate corner White color connected to one
If Wrong Indication
If aftar successfu pairing you notice the SPERO 6’s hava the wrong lighting indication this maans you need to physically swap thier position
Stereo Pairing Removal
you would like the Stereo Paired SPERO 16’s to become independant again disconnection process by simula- riously pressi ng the Volume Increase and Volume together at the same time. you can pertorm thee Decrease buttons The speakers disconnected from one another when you hear the arnouncment “TWS are succestully DIsconnected”
Bluetooth Dual Pairing
The SPERO 16 supports Bluetooth multipoint technology allowing to pair up to two different Bluetooth sources to the SPERO 16 at the same time. This allows the user to switch between two connected music sources easly. Connect the two Bluetooth sources to the SPERO 16 one at a time. Then to switch between sources, simply pause the audio stream on one source and start playing on the other. Only one source can stream music at a time.
USB Audio Device
The SPERO 16 supports USB audio streamin9 through the usB-C port when connected to a Personal Computer Connect a USB-C data cable to the USB-C port on the rear face of the base. Choose the SPERO 16 as the computers audid output source/ playback device in the Contro Panel to enjoy 48kbps Music Streaming.
Lighting Controls
The SPERO 16 has several entertainment lighting modes with a variety of built- in lighting presets with in each mode to suit the users mood. Lighting presets are categorized into three enterta inment modes: Paint Mode, Party Mode and Relax Mode. Within each of these entertainement modes the user can change the desired lighting effect as well as the color pallet for that effect Each lighting mode has up to ten predefined presets that can be cycled through by pressing the respective mode buttons The last preset of each mode will disable the lighting effects. This is the “lighting off mode. For an ultimate lighting control experience download the compan ion APP for iOS or Android to have complete flexability and customization of the lighting effects such as brightness control custom user defined colors and more!

Battery Level
The SPERo 16 has a built-in visual battery levwel indictor on the rear face of the base The battery level is indicated by steady, solid white ilurninated indicators. When the the product has the DC power connect- ed, the battery level will display at all times. When the product is operating only on battery power, the battery level can be checked and viewed for 10 seconds by pressing any of the function buttons on the base of the SPERO 24 When the battery becomes lower then 20% it is recommended to connect the DC battery charger and let the SPERO 16 become fully charged before removing the charger for portable use If the battery becomes lower than the allowed limit for continuous operation, the SPERO 16 will announ ce “Battery Low” and automatically power off when the battery becomes completely empty
Charging
The SPERO 16’s build-in rechargeable battery allows you to enjoy and bring your music with you without wires. In order to charge the SPERO 16, please only use the included power supply for charging
When the battery charger is connected to the SPERO 16, the illuminated battery level indicator will flash to indicate the charging is in progress. The current battery level will be displayed while the product is charging. Once the charging of the SPERO 16 has been
completed, the battery level indicators will no longer have any blinking indication.
Firmware Update
The SPERO 16’s User Experience may be updated via software updates from DUOMOND In order to update your SPERO 16 you will need a USB-C data cable to be connected to a personal computer running Windows 10 (or higher version) and the USB Updater Program which can be downloaded from the product support page. https://[www.duomondi.com](http://www.duomondi.com)/support
- Switch oft the SPERO 16 by pressing and hoid ing the POwer button for 3 seconds
- Remove the Input power by disconnecting the power suppy plug from the rear of the SPERO 16 base
- Connect the USB-C cable to the Firmware update port on the rear face of the SPERO 16 base
- Connect the USB cable to your Windows 10 or higher personal computer
- Press and continue to hold the Relax button on the SPERO 16 base whille at the same time reconnecting the DC power cable. DO NOT release the relax button
- Continue pressing the relax button until the front center edge of the SPERO 6 displays a Blue Wave lighting effect. It is then okay to release the Redax button
- Now you can run the User Experience Windows Updater Application During the update process the Front edge LED light shows different lighting effects Bccording to the updeting progress:

- Using the User Experience Windows Updater Application, select the specific features you wish to update then press the UPDATE button. The Updating Process takes approximately:
- MCU Program Update-10 Seconds
- FLASH Lighting Effects Update -90 Seconds
- Bluetooth Update-90 Seconds Total Time -4.5 to 5 Minutes
- Watch the Updating Progress on the SPERO 16. The color and pattern indicate the progress of each step

Spero Mobile Phone App
The Spero Mobile Phone APP gives you ultimate control and flexibility of the SPERO angular sound light system. The App Consists of convenient lighting controls, audio tonality adjustment and user customization of all entertainment features.
