will provide you with all of the information you need to start using your
headset. If you have any problems setting up or using your Bluetooth Headset,

How to use
A.Bluetooth Pairing and Connection
- Toggle the switch button to the ON side,the red and blue lights flash alternately to enter the pairing state.
- Open the Bluetooth function of your device. Search and click to connect to *CT001″ on your phone Bluetooth lists. The LED change to Blue slow flash after connected. When the device cannot search for bluetooth, shut down the bluetooth and restart the search.
Tips: Please make sure the Bluetooth version of your device is 3.0 or above before connecting.
B. How to pair with a computer
*Pair with a computer via USB Dongle
- Plug the USB Dongle into the USB port of your computer and wait for your computer to recognize it.The LED indicator on the USB Dongle flashes blue.
- Toggle the switch button to the ON side, and it will automatically to enter pairing mode, with prompt sound “Power On”. Check that the indicator of the headset flashes blue and red alternately. You will hear the voice guidance say”Pairing*. If the headset has been connected with other Bluetooth devices, please turn off the Bluetooth of the other device.
- Pairing is successful when you hear ” Your headset is connected” and the LED indicator on the USB Dongle is solid blue. This pairing process can take up to 10 seconds.
* Pair with a computer via Bluetooth
- On your device, toggle the switch button to the ON side, and it will automatically to enter pairing mode, with prompt sound “Power On”.
- Makes it discoverable by the computer. Check that the indicator flashes blue and red alternately. You will hear the voice guidance say”Pairing”
- On your PC, select Start > Settings > Bluetooth & other devices > Add Bluetooth or other device > Bluetooth > Click on the model number (CT001] of your device. A window will pop up indicating the Bluetooth connection is complete. When the device cannot search for bluetooth, shut down the bluetooth and restart the search.If your computer asks for a Bluetooth driver, contact your computer manufacturer.
Check the sound settings to make sure sound is played via the correct
output and input
The microphone and the speaker of the headset may be disabled or not set as
the default device on your computer.
- Right-click the Speakers icon at the bottom right, then click Open Sound settings.
- Select [CT001] as your output device (speaker).
- Select [CT001]as your input device (Microphone).
- Make sure that [CT001] has been selected as both the output and input device. Then close Settings.
C. Switch between USB Dongle and Bluetooth
- In the Bluetooth connection state, if you want to switch to USB Dongle connection, you need to turn off the Bluetooth function on your device first,and then plug in the USB Dongle, then the USB Dongle will automatically connect to the headset.
- When connecting with USB Dongle, if you want to switch to Bluetooth connection, you need to unplug the USB Dongle first, and click [CT001] to connect to the headset under the Bluetooth paired device list. Detailed steps refer to Page A. Bluetooth Pairing and Connection.
D. Zoom & Other Metting Apps Settings E. Reconnect
- The headphone has matching records.
- In off status, toggle the switch button to the ON side, and you will hear the voice guidance say power on*, with Blue Led flickers 3 times, the headphone will search and reconnect the final paired device automatically other devices need to be connected manually.
F. Initializing the headset to restore factory settings
If the headset does not operate correctly even after troubleshooting,
initialize the headset.
- Power on your headset.
- Delete the Bluetooth device information of the headset from your device.
- Press and hold the MB button and the “volume – ” button simultaneously for at least 5 seconds.
- The initialization is complete when the light indicator steady red 1 seconds.
- Delete Bluetooth device pairing records, pair the headset with your device again.
Note: After initialization, the headset will return to the factory settings and all Bluetooth pairing information will be deleted,
Operations Instructions
CHARGING
Charging Method 1
- Please charge the headset at once when the Red LED flashes.
- Connect the Type-C interface to the headset, and connect the USB Type-A to a booted PC, car charger, or power bank.
- The indicator lights in steady red when the headset is charging.
- Charging is completed in about 2 hours and the lights in steady blue.
Charging Method 2
- Connect the charging base: Connect the base to the PC with the USB-C cable. The LED indicator on the base lights up in blue.
- Charge the headset: Place the right headset on the charging base(As shown in figure). The LED indicator on the base changes from a solid blue light to a slow flashing red light.
- The headset is fully charged: The slow flashing red light on the base goes out. The LED indicator on the base turns back to solid blue.
- Turn off the charging base: Unplug the USB-C charging cable and the blue light on the base poes off.
Tips:
- Please charge the headset once every two months if you won’t use it for a long time.
- This model supports charging while working, please connect the USB charging cable to charge first, and then turn on the CT001.

Q: What does noise cancellation mean?
A: The headset adopts environmental noise cancellation technology. which filters unwanted environmental background sounds by calculating the frequency band of environmental noise, and captures clear and warm human voices to ensure the quality of your calls. -
Q: Can it be used while charging?
A: When the headset needs to be used for a long time, due to the limited battery life, it is supported to be used when connected to a charging power source. (Note: When the battery power is too low or the power quality is poor, there may be a current sound. Therefore, it is not recommended to use it frequently while charging, and it will also affect the service life of the battery.) -
Q: Under what circumstances will the headset automatically shut down?
A: If no device is connected for more than 10 minutes, or the battery power is too low or the voltage is lower than 3.1V, the headset will automatically power off. -
Q: What should I do if the headset cannot be reconnected or the button fails?
A: It is recommended to reset the headset, the steps are as follows:
1. Disconnect from the device,
2. Delete the Bluetooth device information of the headset from the device.
3. Press and hold the MB button and volume – button simultaneously for at least 5 seconds.
4. When the indicator light (red) flashes once, the initialization is complete.
5. Pair the headset with your device again.

Q: What should I do if there is a problem with the connection or a crash?
A: Press and hold the multi-function button for 10s to reset and restart. -
Q: What should I do if the headset connection is unstable or disconnected?
1. **A:** There are too many obstacles or the distance is too far. Under normal circumstances, the connection distance can reach 15m/49ft (stralght-line distance without obstacles). but if there are obstacles such as walls, it will affect the connection stability.
2. Too many nearby Bluetooth devices interfere with the normal signal of the headset, try to turn off other Bluetooth devices when using them.
3. If the original use is normal, but suddenly becomes unstable, it may be caused by signal or network problems.
4. If the above conditions are excluded, please test your headset with a different device, such as your mobile phone or tablet. If you don’t experience skipping or audio lag when using the other device. your first device may be faulty.If the same problem exists after replacing the device, please contact the after-sales mailbox on the home page for warranty.
- Q: What should I do if the headset has static noise or unsatisfactory sound quality?
1. **A:** If you use computer office software, check whether the software is updated to the latest version, otherwise the compatibility between the headset and the software is not good.
2. Unstable network connection or use while charging may cause static noise in the headset.
3. If you use Bluetooth connection, there may be static noise and sound quality damage due to an unstable connection. It is recommended to use a dongle connection to avoid this from happening.

Q: Can the MFB answer / end call function be used on a computer?
A: The MFB function operation is only applicable to mobile phones (please use the mouse to operate answer/end calls on soft). It cannot be directly operated in the computer office software, because the software is not certified, so it is not compatible. (Most headphones have this difficulty) -
Q: What should I do if the microphone does not work?
A: Please adjust the sound settings of the computer and software before use, and ensure that the headset model is selected as the microphone input device and the speaker output. Also, replace the connected device to test if the microphone is working -
Q: How to check the remaining power of the headset?
A: When using a Bluetooth connection, the remaining battery power will be displayed numerically or graphically on the device you are using. (The remaining power cannot be checked when connected via a dongle.) When the headset needs to be charged, it will prompt “Low battery please charge”. -
Q: Can the mute state of the headset be maintained all the time?
A: No, if the call is muted, the muted state will be canceled automatically after the call is over. If you need to keep the call muted, you need to press the mute button during each call. -
Q: Can Mute be used in all software?
A: The mute button may not support synchronized mute when used on third- party software, you can turn on/off mute only on software or only on headset. -
Q: Is it possible to convert voice to text through microphone? Such as google voice typing.
A: Yes, after you have ensured that the device is successfully connected to the headset, allow the microphone to connect for speech to text.

Note on static electricity
Static electricity accumulated in the body may cause mild tingling in your
ears. To minimize the effect, wear clothes made from natural materials.
Others
- Do not place this headset in a place exposed to humidity, dust, soot or steam, or subject to direct sunlight. Do not leave the headset in a car for a long time. It may cause a malfunction.
- Listening with this headset at high volume may affect your hearing. For traffic safety, do not use this headset while driving or cycling.
- Do not use the headset in places where it would be dangerous if you are unable to hear ambient sound, such as at railroad crossings, train station platforms, pedestrian crossings, and construction sites.
- Do not put weight or pressure on this headset as it may cause the headset to deform during long storage.
- Do not subject the headset to excessive shock.
- Clean the headset with a soft dry cloth,
- Do not expose the headset to water. The headset is not waterproof. Remember to follow the precautions below.
- Be careful not to drop the headset into a sink or other container filled with water.
- Do not use the headset in humid locations or bad weather, such as in the rain or snow.
- Do not get the headset wet. If you touch the headset with wet hands, or put the headset in a damp article of clothing, the headset may get wet and this may cause a malfunction of the headset.

What this warranty covers.
SKY WING Communication Electronics Co. Ltd/SKYWIING warrants to the original
purchaser of this LEV product that the product shall be free of defects in
design, assembly, material, or workmanship.
What the period of coverage is.
Skywing warrants the LEVN product for 18 Months.
What will we do to correct problems?
Skywing will repair or replace, at its option, any defective product free of
charge (except for shipping charges for the product).
What is not covered by this warranty?
All above warranties are null and void if the LEVN product is not provided to
Skywing for inspection upon Skywing’s request at the sole expense of the
purchaser, or if Skywing determines that the LEVN product has been improperty
installed, altered in any way, or tampered with. The LEVN Product Warranty
does not protect against acts of God such as flood, earthquake, lightning,
war, vandalism, theft, normal-use wear and tear, erosion, depletion,
obsolescence, abuse, damage due to low voltage disturbances (e.g. brownouts or
sags), non-authorized program, or system equipment modification or alteration.
