SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- These earmuffs are of medium size and will suit most users. Always use a suitable size that fits comfortably and firmly, and seals tightly round the ears. If these earmuffs do not fit, choose another size.
- Personal protective equipment can never provide complete protection. Always be careful during activities that can involve risks.
- Always wear earmuffs when you are exposed to harmful noise.
- Do not expose the earmuffs to chemicals.
- The audibility of warning signals is reduced when wearing the earmuffs.
- The earmuffs must be adjusted in accordance with the instructions, so that they fit the user’s head.
- The earmuffs, and especially the sealing rings, can deteriorate over time and should be examined frequently to make sure they are not cracked or admit noise.
- Attaching hygienic protection to the earmuff pads can affect their acoustic properties.
- Do not use paint, solvent or glue on the product, and do not attach stickers, unless recommended by the manufacturer.
- Use additional protective equipment if necessary.
- Do not expose the product to temperatures over +50˚C or below -20˚C.
- Use and maintain the earmuffs in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- The sealing rings and foam plastic inserts are subjected to wear during normal use, and should therefore be regularly checked for cracking and inadequate sealing. Replace the earmuff if it is worn or damaged.

Failure to follow the instructions will result in the product providing significantly less protection.

Make sure the product fits correctly and is used continuously.

Pressure against the head can have a negative effect after prolonged use. The product should not be used for longer than 90 minutes at once, and no more than 3 hours a day.

USE
FITTING

Check that there is no hair under the sealing rings.

Pull out the cups and fit them over the ears so that the ear is fully inside the cup and the cup seals firmly to the head.

Hold the headband pressed against the crown and move the cups so that they fit comfortably.

Check the fit by talking loudly. Your voice should sound muffled. Ambient noise should sound weaker than without the earmuffs.
NOTE:
Pull hair away from your ears and use glasses with thin frames to minimise the admission of noise. Never attempt to change the shape of the headband.
MAINTENANCE
CLEANING
- Wipe the sealing rings after use.
- Clean the sealing rings and foam plastic inserts with water and a mild detergent, or with a cotton cloth moistened with alcohol. Allow to dry.
DISINFECTION
Depending on usage, the earmuffs should be disinfected about every three months. The parts of the earmuffs that come into contact with the skin should be disinfected with an alcohol solution.
IMPORTANT:
Some chemicals can have a negative effect on the earmuffs. Further information
can be obtained from the manufacturer.
STORAGE
Store the product in a dry place. The temperature must not exceed 60°C.
