MBM-1000 Magnetic Background Mount
Product Information: MBM-1000 Magnetic Background Mount
The MBM-1000 Magnetic Background Mount system is a configurable mount setup that allows users to use multiple background sizes. The system uses strong rare-earth magnets that securely hold backgrounds to the mounted wall plates. The eight included metal plates can be configured on the wall to accommodate various sized backgrounds during your shoot.
Precautions
Ensure that the wall plates are properly secured to the wall and the screws
are tightened. When screwing the plate directly into a wall stud, make sure at
least two screws are attached to the stud.

Tools Needed
To set up the MBM-1000 Magnetic Background Mount, you will need a drill,
appropriately sized wall anchors, and screws.
Product Usage Instructions
Setup
- Positioning the Wall Plates
- Configure the wall plates to easily switch between various background widths like 5, 7, and 9 ft., all on the same wall.
- To configure, set up the wall plates to best fit your needs.
- Attaching the Wall Plates
- Use the wall plate to mark the position of the mounting holes on the wall.
- Drill holes in the marked locations.
- Make appropriately sized holes for the wall anchors.
- Tap the anchors into the holes.
- Put the plate against the wall, and insert the screws through the holes.
- Screw them in until they’re fully tightened, and the plate is secured.
- Note: When screwing the plate directly into a wall stud, make sure at least two screws are attached to the stud.
- Repeat for the other plates.
- Hanging the Background
- Use the magnets to attach your background to the wall plates.
- Use one magnet per plate.
One-Year Limited Warranty
The MBM-1000 Magnetic Background Mount system comes with a one-year limited warranty provided by the Gradus Group. To obtain warranty coverage, contact the Impact Customer Service Department to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number, and return the defective product to Impact along with the RMA number and proof of purchase. Shipment of the defective product is at the purchaser’s own risk and expense.

The Magnetic Background Mount system lets you use multiple background sizes on

background to a different color, scene, or size, just pull the magnets off and

Setup
Positioning the Wall Plates
Configure the wall plates so you can easily switch between various background

example of a configuration, but you should set up the wall plates to best fit
your needs.

Product One-Year Limited Warranty
This Impact product is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use for a period of one (1) year from the original purchase date or thirty (30) days after replacement, whichever occurs later. The warranty provider’s responsibility with respect to this limited warranty shall be limited solely to repair or replacement, at the provider’s discretion, of any product that fails during normal use of this product in its intended manner and in its intended environment. Inoperability of the product or part(s) shall be determined by the warranty provider. If the product has been discontinued, the warranty provider reserves the right to replace it with a model of equivalent quality and function.
This warranty does not cover damage or defect caused by misuse, neglect, accident, alteration, abuse, improper installation or maintenance. EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN, THE WARRANTY PROVIDER MAKES NEITHER ANY EXPRESS WARRANTIES NOR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, and you may also have
additional rights that vary from state to state.
