Simplex Card & ID Scanner with AmbirScan Business Card

The Simplex Card & ID Scanner with AmbirScan Business Card is a compact and portable scanner that can be used to scan business cards and IDs. It is compatible with Windows 7/8/10/11 operating systems and has a USB 2.0 interface that is also compatible with USB 1.1. The scanner comes with AmbirScan Business Card software that allows you to import contacts directly to Microsoft Outlook and scan to shared contact folders. It also includes automatic duplicate detection of Outlook contacts, export to CSV files, and an advanced TWAIN driver.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Connect the Simplex Card & ID Scanner with AmbirScan Business Card to your computer using the USB cable provided.
  2. Install the AmbirScan Business Card software onto your computer.
  3. Open the software and select the desired scan mode and resolution.
  4. Place the business card or ID onto the scanner bed and press the scan button.
  5. The scanned image will appear on your computer screen, and you can save it as a file or import it directly to Microsoft Outlook or Salesforce.
  6. You can also scan to shared contact folders, delete duplicate contacts, and export to CSV files using the AmbirScan Business Card software.
  7. When finished, disconnect the scanner from your computer.
