Product Information

The Push-In Wire Connectors come in six different models: 32, 33, 34, 87, 88, and 90. These connectors are designed to connect wires easily and securely without the need for twisting or crimping. The connectors are available in different colors, with each color representing a different number of ports. The connectors can be used with solid and stranded wires with a range of 0.75mm2 to 4.0mm2 for solid wires and 1.5mm2 to 2.5mm2 for stranded wires (limited to 7 strands).

Product Usage Instructions

To use the Push-In Wire Connectors, follow the instructions below:

  1. Strip the wire insulation by 13mm.
  2. Insert the stripped wire into the port of the connector until it stops.
  3. If necessary, the wire can be removed by inserting a small flat-bladed screwdriver into the slot beside the wire and gently pulling the wire out of the connector.
  4. The connectors can be used with solid and stranded wires with a range of 0.75mm2 to 4.0mm2 for solid wires and 1.5mm2 to 2.5mm2 for stranded wires (limited to 7 strands).

It is important to ensure that the wire is fully inserted and that there is no exposed wire outside the connector. The connectors should be used in accordance with local electrical codes and regulations.

  • Do not exceed the rating of these connectors.
  • Turn OFF power before removing or installing connectors.
  • Wiring must comply with all applicable electrical regulations.
  • COPPER TO COPPER ONLY. Do not use on aluminium wire.
  • Incorrect use of these connectors can cause electrical fires, personal injury or death.
  • These connectors are suitable for solid and semi-rigid (<7 strands) conductors.
  • They are not suitable or rated for use with flexible cable with >7 strands.
  • Strip wires back 13mm.
  • Grip wire firmly and push conductor into open port.
  • Use only one conductor per port.
  • Connectors are reusable on solid wires of the same wire gauge or larger.
  • If reusing connectors, cut and re-strip conductors.
  • In order to remove a wire, pull and twist the wire back and forth.
  • DO NOT RE-USE connector on stranded wire.
