Introduction
Thank you for using this product.
- Please read the instructions carefully before using the device.
- Do not attempt to dismantle or repair the product yourself as it will invalidate the warranty.

Installation of the outdoor unit
Installing the battery in the outdoor unit (pushbutton)
- Open the device using a flat screwdriver.
- Insert the battery, taking care to observe correct polarity(+/-).
- Close the device.
Link the push button to a chime
- Insert the batteries into your indoor unit. As soon as the battery is inserted, the receiver will emit a “Ding Dong” sound to let you know that it has entered pairing mode. From this point on, you have 2 minutes to synchronize the two units.
- Then press the transmitter button (push button).
- If you hear a “Ding Dong”. this means that the pairing process has been successfully completed.
Note : You can link up to 8 push buttons per chime. Once the 9th button is added, the first one linked to your chime will automatically desynchronise. But you can link as many chimes as you want per push button.
Wall mounting of the outdoor unit
Two options:

Open the transmitter using a flat screwdriver and separate the front and back sections. Then, secure the rear section at an appropriate height on the wall using the two screws provided.
TIP : For the installation, you will need a drill and a Phillips screwdriver.
IMPORTANT: Before drilling a hole in the wall, make sure that there are no cables or pipes that you could accidentally damage. -
You can affix the transmitter at an appropriate height using double-sided adhesive tape (included).
NOTE: If you mount your pushbutton on a surface made of uPVC (polyvinyl chloride) or metal, please note that the transmission range will be reduced.
Resetting the unit
If you want to delete your pairing, open the outdoor unit and press the small button when the receiver is in pairing mode. You will then hear a double “Ding Dong’ This means that synchronization was successful
Linking the doorbell with a DiO 1.0 device
This product is compatible with all DiO 1.0 devices: pushbutton, remote
control, switches, and wireless detectors … This means that you can
personalize your DiO installation according to your needs. For example, when
someone rings your doorbell when you are out, your floor lamp, which you have
synchronized with our DiO Connect sockets, will immediately light up to create
a simulated presence.

Safety tips

If you do not plan to use the unit for an extended period, such as when you are on holiday, please remove the battery from the transmitter.
- Keep new and used batteries out of the reach of children.
- If the battery compartment does not close properly, stop using the product and keep it out of the reach of children.
- Incorrect use of the battery could damage nearby items and cause a fire or serious injuries.

If you think batteries might have been swallowed, consult a doctor immediately.
Swallowing a battery can have serious consequences: internal burns within two hours, or even death.- Recycle used batteries in line with environmental protection regulations
