RELAXUS 701844 Snore Free Adjustable Mouth Guard
Snoring occurs when the air doesn’t move freely through the nose and mouth. It’s often caused by the narrowing of your airway due to poor sleep posture or abnormalities of soft tissues in the throat. Our Snore Free mouth guard prevents the narrowing of the airway by aligning the lower jaw slightly forward.
How to use
Place mouthpiece into a bowl of hot water (70-80°C) until completely
submerged. Do not use boiling water, and never boil the mouthpiece in a pot.
When the mouthpiece turns completely clear (around 30 seconds), remove from
water carefully. Make sure it isn’t so hot that it will burn the fingers, lips
or gums. Pull out and discard the clip before inserting the guard into your
mouth. Bite down in a comfortable position. Use your fingers and press against
the front of the mouthpiece to help mould it securely against the teeth.
Remove the mouthpiece once you feel that your teeth have made “a good
impression.” Allow to cool and try it on. If it doesn’t fit well, repeat the
steps above. Our Snore Free mouth guard is designed for maximum comfort and
convenience. You should be able to wear the device throughout the night. For
some, however, it may feel uncomfortable at first. If that is the case, start
by wearing the guard for a short period of time. Gradually you will adjust and
be able to wear it for the duration of your sleep.
Clean and rinse well after each use. Keep the container for storage.
Warning : For adult use only (keep away from children and pets). Do not use boiling water. Do not microwave. Always check temperature before using. Consult a physician if you have any medical condition or concern.
