Q: Why is the camera still in the device list after it’s reset?
– A: Device resetting only resets the network configuration of the camera, and doesn’t change the configurations of the app. If you want to remove the camera, please delete it
from the device list manually in the app.

Q: Why can’t I receive app notifications?
– A: Ensure the app is running on your phone first. To get notifications, you should enable the notification in the app and allow the Vacos Smart App notification in your
smartphone’’s settings.
