- Because this product has a heating function, people who are not sensitive to heat must pay attention when using it.
- Please do not use this product if you have skin damage, redness, inflammation, congestion, and other discomfort symptoms.
- Please do not use this product if you have glaucoma, cataracts, retinal detachment, eye diseases, high intraocular pressure, or are physically unwell.
- Your eyes will be a little blurry when you open them after just using this product. You can close your eyes for 1-3 minutes and it will gradually become clearer.

Operational Guide

Charge: Please use the matching magnetic charging cable to charge the product.

Power on/off: Press and hold for 2 seconds and then release,the product will turn on/turn off.

Switch mode: The four modes switch cycle when pressing.
Light-guided mode: Clicking will speed up the light frequency, and clicking will slow down the light frequency. The mode is divided into three levels: slow, normal and fast.
Adjustable hot compress mode: Click the hot compress temperature increases.
Click the hot compress temperature decreases. The temperature is divided into five levels: 38đ, 40đ, 42đ, 44đ, 46đ.
AI music mode: Click to return to the previous music. Click to play the next music. Press to increase the volume. Press button 3 to decrease the volume. -

APP Operation Guide

After successfully downloading the HYPNUSE APP, log in to your account. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone and add device connections. The host can be controlled via the APP.

Check each sleep data, score, and professional advice through the APP.

You can use the APP’s sleep self-assessment questions to self-assess your sleep quality, and receive scores for each dimension of sleep, comprehensive scores and professional advice.
Daily use and care

Exposure to high volume can damage your hearing. High volumes damage hearing in a shorter time than low volumes. If you experience hearing discomfort, please stop listening to music through this product and seek medical advice promptly.

Please do not use the product for more than 20 minutes at a time when using the heating function. And choose the appropriate required temperature to avoid burns caused by long-term use.

When the surface of the eye mask is dirty, wipe it with a clean cloth dipped in a little water.Do not wipe with volatile liquids such as alcohol. The product is not removable and cannot be rinsed in water.

When the storage period exceeds 3 months, the product should be unpacked and checked. Do not place it close to the ground, walls or roof when storing.
The indoor space should be well ventilated to avoid strong sunlight and corrosive gas erosion. -
