 Troubleshooting

Q: Why can’t I get the live stream?
A: Please check the WiFi connection. You can put the camera close to the router to check if your device can connect to WiFi. If the issue still exists, please reset your device and try again.
Q: Why is the camera still in the device list after it’s reset?
A: Device resetting only resets the network configuration of the camera, and doesn’t change the configurations of the app. If you want to remove the camera, please delete it from the device list manually in the app.
Q: Why can’t my camera recognize a microSD card?
A: Ensure your microSD card meets the standards. The supported microSD card format is FAT32. You are advised to insert a microSD card when the camera is powered off. The camera can’t recognize a microSD card with a poor network connection.
Q: Why can’t I receive app notifications?
A: Ensure the app is running on your phone first. To get notifications, you should enable the notification in the app and allow the Vacos Smart App notification in your smartphone’s settings.
