Thank you for buying Z-ESPRESSO – Grind & Brew Coffee Machine by TurboTronic® .
TT-EV25 is a professional household coffee maker with electric grinder guarantees quality and fresh results, so you can enjoy your favorite coffee at home or in the office. Ground coffee should be brewed within a minute of grinding as the volatile aromatics begin to dissipate almost immediately once ground. Therefore, the built-in grinder allows you to capture freshness and essential oils from the coffee beans by grinding right before you brew. The machined stainless-steel burrs deliver consistent ground particle sizes for a more balanced, full flavored cup.

- The electrical appliance must be reliably connected to the power supply with grounding device to ensure that the power supply is suitable for the machine.
- Never immerse the machine, power cord and power plug in water or other liquids
- Do not pull, clamp, or suspend the power cord at the corners. Do not place the power cord on a hot or wet surface.
- In order to avoid dangerous damage, please do not place hot appliances on or near the appliance. The appliance must be placed on a stable desktop.
- Make sure the machine is off before plugging in the wall outlet
- Unauthorized crossover cables or extension cords are prohibited. When using the unit for the first time, it may emit a slight odor due to insulation and heaters, and will disappear after a few minutes.
- Keep the power cord away from the hot parts of the machine
- When disconnecting the power, do not pull the power cord directly.
- Turn off the power after using the machine
- Do not remove the protective case of the machine for any reason.
- Do not allow children or people with disabilities to operate the unit without strict supervision, and do not operate the unit without guidance.
- Never use the machine while barefoot and wet hands
- Unplug the power cord before cleaning the machine, and unplug the power cord without any operation.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Preparation before brewing tea
Preparation for the first use of the machine (machine cleaning)
WARNING : Make sure that the connected power supply is suitable for the
machine, otherwise the machine may be damaged.

1. Open the water tank lid
-
Add in certain volume water, and don’t water should not over the “MAX” level marking on tank
-
Close the tank lid
-
Filter holder match the UNLOCK symbol and turn it clockwise to lock it on
-
After you locked well, the allow on filter holder handle should perfect match LOCK symbol
-
Put back the S.S mug on tray
-
Make sure the voltage is match with product’s rated voltage, then plug in
-
Press “ON/OFF” button, machine under standby mode, and then press “Coffee powder button” to let machine start heating, let hot water flow through the inside tube and also washing the filter holder and final the mug; while finished 1 cycle, machine buzzer will have 3 times B-B-B warning, then 1st cleaning step finished, you can start to prepare your fresh coffee; if needed, can repeat this 2-3 times to make sure whole machine was well cleaned
ATTENTION:
-
1. There is safety micro switch on this machine, user need to make sure on above STEP 5, filter holder should be assembled well, otherwise machine will not start;
- When machine was well assembled, after plug in the machine will have B sound reminder to confirm it was well connected with electricity, and ON/OFF button will light on in the mean time;
- Always checked if the filter holder was assembled well and mind the gap between filterholder and housing is perfect or not before each brewing
GRIND & BREWING OPERATION

1. Open the water tank lid

Add in certain volume water, and don’t water should not over the “MAX” level marking on tank

Close the tank lid
-
Make sure filter was well placed in filter holder
-
Use the spoon to add in certain coffee bean you need (3-4 Spoon)
-
Well placed the grinder blade inside filter holder
-
Filter holder match the UNLOCK Boldt

After you locked well, the

Put back the S.S mug on tray
-
Make sure the voltage is match with product’s rated voltage, then plug in
-
Press “ON/OFF” button, machine under standby mode, and then press “Grind & Coffee button” to let machine start heating; While grinding, the machine will intermittent running, this is normal and better to ensure the grinding result; After grinding finished, machine will auto turn to brew mode and prepare your fresh coffee, While finished 1 cycle, machine buzzer will have 3 times B-B-B warning, fresh coffee is ready in mug; you can start to enjoy it.
COFFEE POWDER BREWING

Put back the S.S mug on tray

Make sure the voltage is match with product’s rated voltage, then plug in

Press “ON/OFF” button, machine under standby mode, and then press “Grind & Coffee button” to let machine start heating; While finished 1 cycle, machine buzzer will have 3 times B-B-B warning, fresh coffee is ready in mug; you can start to enjoy it

CLEANING & MAINTAIN

After brewing the Coffee/tea, remove the entire brewing basket from the machine and dispose the leftovers into the trash, after wash it in faucet or in the dishwasher
-
Turn the filter holder An2-clockwise and take off the filter holder
-
Pour out the coffee trash inside
-
Take off the grinder blade/filter/filter holder, use fresh water to clean each part completely and separately
-
Do not immerse the plug, power cord or tea maker in water.
-
The surface of the whole machine should be wiped with a damp soft cloth, not a hard brush.
-
Filter holder buckets and other moving parts can be soaked in warm water or mixed with a specific proportion of special detergent for about five minutes. It is then rinsed with water and dried for assembly.

Descaling: Coffee machine must regularly descaling, otherwise it will affect the taste of coffee/tea or even damage the machine.
① Cleaning frequency: Soft water, once every three months; Hard water, once a month.
② Descaling agent: It is only suitable for special tea liquid detergent. Do not use solid detergent.

ATTENTION
- To brew good coffee, please make sure to replace it with fresh drinking water.
- Ensure that the tea residue is removed in time to avoid deterioration of the tea residue in the brewing barrel.
- When using this machine to brew tea, the concentration of tea is not limited, users can increase or decrease the amount of water according to their own taste.

workmanship. Limited Warranty apply only when it is used under normal
household conditions and maintained according to the requirements outlined in
the Owner’s Guide, subject to the following conditions and exclusions:
What is covered by this warranty?

The original unit and/or non-wearable parts deemed defective, in TurboTronic®
sole discretion, will be repaired or replaced -
TurboTronic® reserves the right to replace the unit with one of equal or greater value.
What is not covered by this warranty?
- Normal wear and tear of wearable parts (such as blending vessels, lids, cups, blades, blender bases, removable pots, racks, pans, etc.), which require regular maintenance and/or replacement to ensure the proper functioning of your unit, are not covered by this warranty.
- Any unit that has been tampered with or used for commercial purposes.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligent handling, failure to perform required maintenance (e.g., failure to keep the well of the motor base clear of food spills and other debris), or damage due to mishandling in transit.
- Consequential and incidental damages.
- Defects caused by repair persons not authorized by TurboTronic®. These defects include damages caused in the process of shipping, altering, or repairing the TurboTronic® product (or any of its parts) when the repair is performed by a repair person not authorized by TurboTronic® .
- Products purchased, used, or operated outside Europe.
