Operation instructions
Charging
- When charging, the LED indicator will light up in red, and the indicator light goes out after the charging is completed(As shown below). Please charge it before using it for the first time.
- Please use 5V/1A±0.5A qualified charger to charge the device. Unstable current may damage the equipment.
- Please keep charging at least once every 2 months If the product is not used for a long time.
Installation Steps
Fixing Installation by Clamps

Loose screws at the back of the clamps with component screwdrivers.

Open the inner lining on the left of the helmet to mount the clamp at a proper position and then tighten the screws.

Align the clamping position of the main unit base at the clamp fastener, and move the main unit at the direction of Arrow 1 first followed by the direction of Arrow 2 to tighten it.

Open inner lining at ear position of helmet and attach velcro surface on speaker of the headphone cable.

Attach speaker hook surface to fur surface.
-
Attach circular microphone rod to a suitable position on left side of helmet, so that microphone is aimed at mouth, and then adjust line and inner linings.

Insert plug into headphone jack .

The host is adjusted to a suitable position and the installation is complete.
Installation by Velcro Clip

Align base of main unit with mounting port of clip, move main unit in direction of arrow 1, and then move in direction of arrow 2 to fasten.

Peel off slicker on back of velcro clip and slick ii in place on left side of helmet.

The host is adjusted to a suitable position and the installation is complete.
Main Unit Disassembly Steps

Remove headphone plug.
-
Move main unit near arrow 1 in direction of arrow 1 mark, then move arrow 2 in direction of arrow 2 mark, and move whole main unit in direction of arrow 3 mark, and then take out finally.

Button Operation Instructions
Power button
-
Power On -· In the power off state, press it for 2 seconds until you hear the ‘Power On’, blue light is flashing for 3 times. It will become regular flashing, and the current battery power will be broadcast after it is turned on.

Power Off —Press it for 5 seconds in the power-on state, until you hear ‘Power Off, blue light is on for 1 second.

Pairing Mode–ln off state, press for 4 seconds until red and blue lights flash alternately.

Start Intercom Pairing–Both Bluetooth enter pairing mode. press the power button of one of them, two Bluetooth tum blue and flash simultaneously after it is OK, and you can hear ‘Intercom connected’. Press it again and the intercom will be
interrupted, and press intercom again to reconnect.
Note: If the way to start the intercom is different in three-way intercom state, please read instructions in 9.6 carefully, -
Terminate Bluetooth Intercom Call–Short press during intercom, and you can hear ‘Intercom disconnected’ after disconnection.
• Power On Button & Other Button Combination Functions
- Clear Pairing Record (press the power button for 8 seconds when shutting down, until you hear a ‘beep’, it can automatically shut down after clearing, and you need to re-pair next time)
- Pair with Other Bluetooth Headsets (turn off BT-S3 to clear Bluetooth record, then long press BT-S3 Bluetooth power button to enter red and blue lights flashing alternately, tum on other Bluetooth headsets to pairing mode, press BT-S3 on/off button and phone button, and wait until BT-S3 Bluetooth turns into a blue light flashing or hear ‘Intercom connected’ prompt tone, the pairing is successful)
- Terminate Pairing State for Second Time to Connect to Mobile Phone (pair intercom after powering on, and press the power button and phone button for 2 seconds to enter red and blue flashing mode after hanging up intercom, you can use the mobile phone to search and connect at moment)
Phone Button
- Answer Call—ln state of connecting to a mobile phone, when incoming call is received, short press it to answer or answer automatically call without any operation for 8 seconds after incoming call.
- Reject Call—When phone is connected, press for 2 seconds to reject call.
- Sound Switch Between Bluetooth Headset and Mobile Phone During Call–Press for 2 seconds during the call, and sound switches to mobile phone at moment.
- Hang up Call — Press it during call to hang up call.
- Music Play Pause—When it is connected to phone, press the button .
- Voice Call—When there is no call, press it for 2 seconds to activate voice assistant and hear ‘Voice dial’
- Start FM—When there is no call and music, double-click the button to hear ‘Tum on radio’ for better outdoor effect.
Plus Button
- Volume Up— Long press it, and the volume will increase, and ‘beep’ tone will be heard at maximum .
- Previous Music—When playing music, press it to switch to previous music .
- FM Tuning—In FM mode, press it to search up station.
Minus Button
- Volume Down— Long press it, and the volume will decrease.
- Next Music —When playing music, press it to switch to next music .
- FM Tuning—ln the FM mode, press Down to search for stations.
Bluetooth Status Indication & Prompt
- Power On Status—When power is on, you can hear ‘Power On’, when intercom is connected, you can hear ‘Intercom connected’, when intercom hangs up, you can hear ‘Intercom disconnected’, and blue light flashes every 2 seconds.
- Charging Status- The red light is always on when charging, and red light is off when it is fully charged .
- Low Battery Alarm- The current level will be broadcast when battery is turned on; battery level is divided into three levels, namely: ‘Battery full’ when battery is sufficient, ‘Battery medium’ when battery is medium. and ‘Battery low’ when battery is low . When battery is low during operation, it will give a prompt as ‘Battery low’ every 20 seconds and red light will tum on.
Pairing Method
Two Ways for BT-S3 to Enter the Pairing Mode
Method 1: When Bluetooth is off, press the power button for 4 seconds, red &
blue lights flash alternately.
Note: If previous paired Bluetooth fail to enter the pairing mode in this way,
Bluetooth has a memory function. If you need to pair a new Bluetooth , please
clear it before pairing.
Method 2: When Bluetooth is turned on, press the power button and phone button
for 2 seconds simultaneously, red & blue lights flash alternately.
Two BT-S3 Bluetooth Pairing
Step 1: Place two Bluetooth within 1 meter range, and operate according to 9.1
Method 1, so that both Bluetooth enter the pairing mode.
Step 2: Press the power button of one of Bluetooth, it will automatically
search for other Bluetooth for pairing, after pairing is successful, you can
hear Intercom connected’, and you can start intercom.
BT-S3 Bluetooth and Mobile Phone/GPS/MP3 Pairing
Step 1: Place two devices within 1 meter range.
Step 2: Follow the second step of 9.1 to put Bluetooth into pairing mode, tum
on mobile phone Bluetooth to search for blue tooth devices, select BT-53 NS,
click connect, and you can hear ‘Bluetooth connected’ when connection is
successful.
Pairing BT-S3 (V1.2)Version with BT-53 Version
Step 1: Tum on device first to clear pairing record, and place two Bluetooth
devices within 1-meter range.
Step 2: Long press the power button of BT-S3 (V1 .2) Bluetooth until red &
blue lights flash alternately.
Step 3: Press the power button on the BT·S3 version for 4 seconds to enter the
red and blue light flashing mode.
Step 4 : Short press power button and phone button of BT-S3 (V1 .2) Bluetooth
simultaneously, it will automatically search for the BT-S3 version Bluetooth
for pairing, and when you hear ‘Intercom connected’, the connection is
successful.
Note: BT-S3 (V1.2) version Bluetooth can initiate pairing only, BT-53
version cannot actively connect BT-S3 (V1 .2) version Bluetooth .
Pairing BT-S3 (V1.2) with Other Bluetooth Headsets
Step 1: Tum on device first to clear the pairing record, and place two
Bluetooth devices within 1-meter range.
Step 2: Long press the power button of BT-S3 (V1 .2) Bluetooth until red &
blue lights flash alternately.
Step 3: Tum on other Bluetooth and enter red and blue light flashing mode.
Step 4: Short press power button and phone button of BT-S3 (V1 .2) Bluetooth
simultaneously, it will automatically search for the BT-S3 (V1.2) Bluetooth
for pairing, and when you hear ‘Intercom connected’, and the connection is
successful,
BT-S3 Three-way connection, Two-way intercom pairing instructions
Note: Clear the pairing record of each machine before pairing.
Step 1: Clear the pairing records of A, B. and C.
First, tum on A, B, and C, then press power button for 8 seconds respectively,
and you can hear ‘beep’ tine, and red & blue lights will flash simultaneously.
Step 2: Pair in order

Pair A and B. Press power button of A & B simultaneously to make red and blue lights flash, press power button of A, and wait for A & B to turn into a blue light simultaneously or hear ‘Intercom connected’.

Press power button of B to hang up intercom between A & B, press power button of I B and phone button simul taneously for 2 seconds to enter red & blue lights flashing, then press power button of C to enter red & blue lights flashing, Finally, press power button of B to initiate pairing. Wait for B&C to turn into blue lights simultaneously or hear ‘Intercom connected”.

Press the power button of C to hang up the intercom between B & C, and then press power button and phone button of C simul taneously for 2 seconds to enter red & blue lights flashing, and press simultaneously power button and phone button of A for 2 seconds to enter red & blue lights flashing and press finally power button of C to initiate pairing. Wait for C & A to turn into blue l ight simultaneously or hear ‘Intercom Connected’.

At moment. the three-way call mode of A & B & C has been set. For example, A:
press the power button to hang up intercom. When it is not in intercom, press the power button to reconnect to intercom with B, and press the power button twice to reconnect to intercom with C;
Press the power button of B once to C, and press power button twice in a row to A;
Press the power button of C once to A, and press power button twice in a row to B;
Function Priority Description
Level 1: Telephone
Level 2: Bluetooth intercom
Level 3: Mobile Music
Level 4: FM
Level 5: External audio input (audio cable can be used to listen to songs, and
it can also be used when ii is turned off)
Notes
- If you stop using this unit for long, please store it at a dry place, and charge the unit regularly (charge once three months) to ensure that the unit can work normally;
- The storage temperature of the unit is -1 S’C to SS’C, so please do not store it under an environment where temperature is too high or too low. Otherwise it may have an adverse effect on the service l ife of the unit;
- Please do not expose this unit to open names to avoid explosion;
