Product Usage Instructions
- Connect the device to an electrical outlet with a plug. The outlet should have residual current protection.
- Choose the appropriate mixing tip for the desired task:
- Tip for whipping foam, aerating sauces and creams, and mixing light dough. Recommended speed – 4, 5.
- Mixing, blending, kneading tip. Recommended speed 2 or 3. Dough kneading and kneading tip. Recommended speed 1.
- Place the bowl in the device and secure it with the bowl lever.
- Add the ingredients to the bowl according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.
- Press the START/PAUSE button on the control panel (Fig 2) to start the device.
- To change the speed of the device, raise the bowl and adjust the gear to the desired speed.
- To pause or stop the device, press the START/PAUSE button again.
- When the desired consistency of the product is achieved, turn off the device with the STOP button.
- After use, clean the device and bowl according to the manufacturer’s recommendations (see section 7).
Cleaning and Maintenance:
- Turn off the device and disconnect it from the power source.
- Remove any remaining ingredients from the bowl.
- Clean the bowl and mixing tips with warm water and mild detergent. Do not immerse the device in water.
- Wipe the device with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
- Store the device in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
Note : Overloading the device may cause damage. Damage resulting from overloading the device and improper use is not subject to a warranty repair. If the machine suddenly stops working, turn it off, then check whether the content of the bowl is in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations, and make any adjustments to the content of the bowl. Wait about 20 minutes and turn the mixer on again. If the machine still stops or cannot be turned on, contact the service center for further information.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- Improper operation and misuse may cause serious damage to the unit or injury to persons.
- The device must only be used for the purpose for which it was designed.
- The manufacturer assumes no responsibility for damage caused by improper handling and use of the device.
- During use, protect the device and the power cord plug from contact with water or other liquids. In the event that the device inadvertently falls into water, unplug it immediately and have the device checked by a specialist.
Failure to follow these instructions could result in life-threatening injuries.
- Never open the housing of the device yourself.
- Do not insert any objects into the housing of the unit.
- Do not touch the power cord plug with wet hands.
- Regularly check the condition of the plug and the cable. If you detect damage to the plug or cable, have it repaired by a specialized repair facility.
- If the device falls or is otherwise damaged, always have it inspected and possibly repaired at a specialized repair fa-cility before further use.
- Never repair the unit yourself – doing so may endanger your life.
- Protect the power cord from contact with sharp or hot objects and keep it away from open flames. If you want to di-sconnect the device from a contact, always grasp the plug, never pull on the cable.
- Secure the cable (or extension cord) so that no one mistakenly pulls it out of contact or trips over it.
- Check the functioning of the device during use.
- Do not allow minors or persons without sufficient experience and knowledge to operate the device. The above-mentioned persons may only operate the device under the supervision of a person responsible for safety.
- If the device is not currently in use or is being cleaned, always disconnect it from the power source by pulling the plug.
- Note : If the power cord plug is connected to a contact, the device remains life at all times.
- Turn the appliance off before you pull the plug out of the socket.
- Never pull the unit by the power cord.
HEALTH AND SAFETY RULES
- Do not overload the device.
- Unplug the device before adjusting, cleaning and maintaining. This will reduce the risk of accidental activation or electric shock.
- The device should be protected from children.
- Repair and maintenance of equipment should be carried out by qualified personnel using only original spare parts.
- Do not remove factory-installed covers or tamper with the unit.
- When transporting or moving the device from storage to the place of use, observe health and safety rules.
- Clean the device before and after use.
- Install the equipment away from sources of fire and heat.
- Before starting the device, make sure that all moving parts are properly installed.
- It is forbidden to use the device without the bowl guard in place.
- Do not use hard, deep-frozen products, it may cause overloading and damage to the machine.
- Do not leave the machine unattended during operation.
- Do not move, rearrange, etc. the machine while in operation.
- Do not touch moving parts or accessories unless the machine has been disconnected from the power supply.
- Do not obstruct the ventilation openings of the machine!
Before first use:
Clean all food-contact parts with warm water with a loaded detergent and a cloth. Then wipe thoroughly with clean water and dry the parts.

ASSEMBLY OF THE DEVICE
Installation to power sources
The device should be connected to an electrical outlet (230V) with a plug. The outlet should have a residual current pro-tection.
OPERATION OF THE DEVICE

Commissioning the device

Before using the mixer for the first time, make sure that the voltage of the device is compatible with the voltage available at the installation site.

Mount and secure the bowl.
-
Lower the arms supporting the bowl to the lowest level.
-
Position the bowl so that the holes on the sides of the bowl match the centering pins.

Install the appropriate tip and place the products
-

place the selected tip in the bowl, then lift up and insert it into the mixer slot

Turn clockwise to ensure that the agitator is installed correctly

Use the lever (Figure 1 item 3) to raise the bowl as high as possible.

Close the bowl cover (Figure 1 item 2).

Use buttons 1-5 (Fig. 2 item 4) to set the appropriate speed.

Use the „+” and „-” buttons to set the operating time of the device.

Press the START button (Figure 2 item 5).
CHANGE OF ROTATION SPEED
To change the speed of the device, you need to: -
When the prepared product of the appropriate consistency, turn off the device using the STOP button (Fig. 2 item 1)

Lower the bowl using the lever (Fig. 1 item 3).

Move the cover.
-
Remove the mixing tip.
-
Unlock and then remove the bowl.
During operation of the device, the bowl should be raised and the cover closed.
Overload protection
Sudden stopping of the device may indicate that it is overloaded. If the
machine suddenly stops working, turn it off, then check whether the content of
the bowl is in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations, make any
adjust-ments to the content of the bowl. Wait about 20 minutes and turn the
mixer on again. If the machine still stops or cannot be turned on, contact the
service center for further information.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Do not wash the tip for whipping foam in the dishwasher.
Thoroughly clean the bowl and tips after each use of the device according to
the regulations in the country of installation. The guides of the bowl lifting
mechanism should be regularly coated with a small amount of oil. Before
leaving the fac-tory, the mechanisms and bearings of the machine were coated
with high-quality grease to ensure the proper operation of the mixer for 6
months. To ensure reliable operation, the mechanisms and bearings should be
re-coated with a layer of grease after 6 months. The lubrication process
should be carried out by qualified personnel. The device should be tho-roughly
cleaned after lubrication.
DISPOSAL OF THE OLD APPLIANCE
Information for users on the rules concerning proper disposal of electrical and electronic equipment at the end of its life.
- Leave your old equipment in the shop where you purchase a new appliance. Each store is obliged to accept old equip-ment free of charge if you buy there the new equipment of the same type and in the same quantity. The only condition is to deliver the old equipment to the store at your expense.
- Dispose of your old equipment at a collection point. Information about the location of the nearest collection point can be found on the local website or the notice board of the municipal office.
- Leave the equipment at a service point. If the repair of the equipment is unprofitable or impossible for technical re-asons, the service is obliged to accept this appliance free of charge.
- Return the used equipment at the end of its life without leaving your home. If you do not have the time or ability to deliver your equipment to the collection point, you can use the services of specialized companies.
Remember! Do not dispose of used equipment together with regular waste.
Illegal or incorrect disposal of the product will lead to high penalties being
imposed.
The symbol of the crossed-out waste bin on the product, its packaging or the
instruction manual means that the product should not be disposed of to normal
waste bins. The user is obliged to hand over the used equip-ment to a
designated collection point for proper processing.
WARRANTY
The seller shall be liable under the warranty or guarantee.
In case of damage resulting from the formation of limescale deposits in the
device, it is not subject to repair under the warranty. The warranty does not
cover damages caused by external forces such as lightning, changes in supply
voltage, incorrect setting of the voltage value, supply from an inadequate
power outlet, mechanical, thermal, or chemical damages to the equipment, and
the defects caused by them.
Warranty exchange does not cover such elements as: light bulbs, rubber
components, heating elements damaged by limescale, screws and elements
undergoing natural wear, e.g. burners, rubber seals, and all kinds of
mechanically damaged elements.
