TOOLS NEEDED
- 2.5mm Allen Wrench
- 4mm Allen Wrench
- 3/4” Open-End Wrench
- Blue Loctite

Mirror requires a minimum 15/16” diameter hole at
end of grip. -
Mock-up mirror to desired location.

INSTALL MIRROR MOUNT
There’s a few ways to install. Easiest way is to install mirror mount to mirror and only tighten the set screw on mirror stem (use 2.5mm allen wrench) to hold mirror to mount.
EXPANDING MOUNTS
Fasten mirror mount screw. Expanding mount will start expanding inside handlebar. Fasten until snug. No blue loctite is needed.
NOTE: Leave 1/8“ gap on throttle side. Left mirror can be flush with left hand grip. Figure B
NON-EXPANDING MOUNTS
Thread mount directly to pre-exsisting mounting area.
Use blue loctite on mirror mount screw. -
Loosen mirror stem set screw adjust mirror to desired location.

Tighten set screw and allen screw, then remove set screw and apply blue loctite to theads and reinstall.
Repeate process for allen screw. There’s a hidden spacer that could fall out when performing the
next step. -
Remove mirror head with 3/4” open-end wrench and apply blue Loctite to Swivel Hex Nut. Thread mirror head back onto swivel hex nut with your hands.

Make any final adjustments to mirror and tighten the swivel hex nut with a 3/4” open-end wrench.
