Denver SW-154 Smart Bracelet Smartwatch
Product Information: Smart Bracelet SW-154
The Smart Bracelet SW-154 is a wearable device that can track your fitness activities, monitor your sleep, and receive notifications from your phone. The device can be connected to your Android or iOS smartphone through Bluetooth 4.0, and you can control it using the Fit Pro app.
The device comes with a USB connector for charging and a separate strap and case. The device and its accessories are recyclable.
Usage Instructions:
- Download the Fit Pro app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
- Charge the device using the USB connector.
- Pair the smart bracelet with your smartphone using Bluetooth.
- Use the Fit Pro app to control the device, monitor your fitness activities, and receive notifications.

Safety instructions
Please read the safety instructions carefully before using the product for the first time and keep the instructions for future reference.
- The product is not a toy. Keep it out of the reach of children.
- Warning: The product contains a lithium polymer battery.
- Keep the product out of the reach of children. Also ensure that pets cannot chew or swallow the product.
- The product’s operating and storage temperature is from 0 degrees Celsius to 40 degrees Celsius. Temperatures above and below these temperatures can affect performance.
- Never open the product. If you touch the electronics inside the product, you may receive an electric shock. Repairs and service may only be carried out by qualified personnel.
- Do not use in water at a depth of less than 1 meter!
- In case of leakage or excessive heat from the product, remove the smartwatch to avoid burns or rashes.
- Using accessories other than those supplied with the product may cause abnormal functionality.
IMPORTANT! BPM – Heart Rate – Blood Oxygen measuring apps are not intended for medical use, including self-diagnosis or consultation with a doctor, and are designed for general exercise and wellness purposes only. This is not a medical diagnostic device.

IMPORTANT:
If the smartwatch cannot turn on automatically the first time, it should be charged in 4-5 hours before first use. Note that it takes at least 2-2.5 hours to charge for the smartwatch to work and display information on the screen.

Pair the smartwatch to a mobile phone
- Install the FitPro app on a phone or mobile device. Then open the app and give it access to photos, media and files.
- Open the app and select “Settings” from the icons at the bottom of the screen. This will open the screen where the watch can be paired with the device.
- Tap “Pair devices to experience more features.” You will then be asked to grant the app access to location data. Select “Allow” and it will search for available smartwatches to pair with.
- Press “SW-154” in the list of devices. Once pairing is complete, the watch displays the exact date and time and its settings can be adjusted using the FitPro app.
Using the bracelet
When the bracelet is connected to the phone, its time and date are synchronized with the phone. The app then syncs the bracelet’s sports data, heart rate data and blood pressure data, etc. Press the bracelet’s touch button to switch functions, long press the button to open the functions. Open the “OFF” menu and hold the touch button for three seconds, to turn off the clock. Press the touch button for three seconds to turn on the watch.
Functional instructions
Startup screen: shows time, date and battery level etc.
Pedometer: the bracelet registers for 24 hours. Its data is cleared at
00.00 and you can see the history in the app.
Exercise: calculates your daily exercise time. Its data is cleared at
00.00 and you can see the history in the app.
Heart rate monitor: automatically measures heart rate when the function is on
and data is saved in the app.
Test of SPO2: automatically measures the SPO2 level when the function is
on and the data is saved in the app.
Blood pressure:
automatically measures blood pressure when the function is on and data is
saved in the app.
- Smart watch: find “Smart watch” in the app and set the time. Tap the time to set the repeat mode, then tap Exit to save the settings. The bracelet vibrates when the set time has been reached.
- Sleep monitor: automatically records your sleep status and analyzes the hours of your deep sleep and light sleep. Data is saved in the app.
- Sedentary reminder: open the function in the app and set the time duration. The bracelet vibrates when the set time has been reached.
- Drink reminder: open the function in the app and set the time duration. The bracelet vibrates when the set time has been reached
- Anti-lost measure: open the feature in the app. The bracelet vibrates when it gets too far away from the phone
- Notification reminder: open the feature in the app. The bracelet vibrates when the phone receives a new message (SMS, QQ Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp or Wechat).
- Call reminder: Activate the function in the app to make the bracelet vibrate for incoming calls
- Weather: It can display the current and tomorrow’s weather information on the weather page. Weather information is synced once connected to the app. It will not update after being offline for a long time.
- Music: After connecting to the smartwatch, you can remotely control the music player on your phone.
- Shake the bracelet to take a photo: open the function in the app. Open the camera by tapping “Shake the bracelet to take photos” in the function list. (Make sure the mobile phone setting is enabled: Let the app take photos and save them)
- Find the bracelet: Press “Find the bracelet” in the function list in the app. The bracelet then begins to vibrate.
- Restore factory settings: the bracelet’s data can be cleared by synchronizing one day later or setting the time to the previous day in the app on the mobile phone;
