Product Usage Instructions:
Before using the FDM 3D printer Pro 7 Dual, please read the safety instructions provided with the product.
Setting up the equipment:
- Remove the 6 belt buckles and take out the pearl cotton on the platform.
- Turn on the power and raise the build platform then take out the pearl cotton.
- Put on the metal build platform and magnetic mat.
- Install the left spool holder and rotate it clockwise.
- Install the right spool holder and rotate it clockwise.
- Press the tube connector and insert the filament tube.
Build Platform Calibration:
The build platform has been calibrated and well-leveled when out of the factory, but some deviation will occur during transportation. So, you’d better level the platform before printing.

Click Tool-Preheat and heat the platform to the preset temperature.

Click Leveling and put an A4 paper between the nozzle and platform.

Click Point 1 (as the photo above). The print head E1 moves to the front left, do the levelling.

Click Point 2. The print head E1 moves to the front right, do the levelling.

Click Point 3. The print head E1 moves to the rear right, do the levelling.

Click Point 4. The print head E1 moves to the rear left, do the levelling.

If the A4 paper can be slid easily, it means the distance between the nozzle and platform is too far. You can turn the knob anticlockwise until the paper can be slid with slight resistance.
If the paper can’t be moved, you can turn the knob clockwise until the paper can be slid with slight resistance. -
After calibrating extruder E1, click E2 Calibration. The print head moves to the right front of the platform.
Starting the printing process
- Install the filament on the left side and right side.
- Click Tool-Preheat and heat the nozzle to the preset temperature.
- Feeding the filaments into E1 and E2 extruders.
- Click Extrusion1 and heat the nozzle to the preset temperature.
- Click Printing and choose the printing file.
- Click ReadyPrint…Confirm to start the printing process.

Setting up the equipment

- Turn on the power; raise the build platform then take out the pearl cotton
- Put on the metal build platform and magnetic mat.
- Install the left spool holder; Rotate it clockwise
- Install the right spool holder; Rotate it clockwise
- Press the tube connector and insert the filament tube
Build Platform Calibration
The build platform has been calibrated and well levelled when out of the factory, but some deviation will occur during the transportation. So you’d better level the platform before the printing.
- Put on the metal build platform and magnetic mat.
- Click “Tool”-“Preheat”
- Click “HeatBed”; heat the platform to the preset temperature.
- Click “Leveling”; Put an A4 paper between the nozzle and platform.
- Click ”Point 1” (as the photo above); The print head E1 moves to the front left, do the leveling. Click ”Point 2” (as the photo above); The print head E1 moves to the front right, do the leveling. Click ”Point 3” (as the photo above); The print head E1 moves to the rear right, do the leveling. Click ”Point 4” (as the photo above); The print head E1 moves to the rear left, do the leveling.
- If the A4 paper can be slid easily, it means the distance between the nozzle and platform is too far; you can turn the knob anticlockwise until the paper can be slid with slight resistance.
- If the paper can’t be moved, you can turn the knob clockwise until the paper can be slid with slight resistance.
- After calibrating the extruder E1, Click “E2 Calibration”, The print head moves to the right front of the platform.
- Loosen the screws of E2 heat sink,put one A4 paper between the nozzle and nozzle, calibrate the nozzle and heat block unit up and down till there is slight resistance.
Install the Printing Filament
- Install the filament on Left side and Right side.
- Feeding the filaments into E1 and E2 extruders.
- Click “Tool”-“Preheat”
- Click “ Extrusion1”; heat the nozzle to the preset temperature.
- Return and click “Extrusion”
- Click “In”; The filament comes out from the nozzle, the loading is finished.
- Click “Extrusion 2” then Click “Extrusion 2” and preheat the Extrusion 2.
- Wait for the print head E2 to reach the preset temperature, then Click “In”
Starting the printing process
- Click “Printing” and choose the printing file.
- Click “ Confirm” and choose the printing mode as same as you sliced.
- When the printing is done, the user can take out the magnet mate until it cools down, and remove the finished prints with your hand, no any tools or scrapper needed.
