Follow the steps to use your SimPro Dock 2:

Connect the AC power cord to the AC/DC adapter.
Plug the AC power adapter into a 100V~240V power source.
Connect the DC power connector into the power (DC) input port of your SimPro Dock 2.
Connect the USB Type-C®/Thunderbolt™ 3 cable to your Notebook PC.
(Supported output: 5V/3A, 9V/3A, 15V/3A, 20V/4.8A)

- Dock-2/HelpDesk_BIOS/ to download and install the latest SimPro
- Dock 2 Tool and firmware on your Notebook PC before using your SimPro
- Dock 2 for the first time.

Use only the bundled power adapter to charge the battery pack and supply power to your Notebook PC.
To use all the functions of SimPro Dock 2, ensure your Notebook PC supports Intel® Thunderbolt™ technology.
