The Fifth Wheel to Gooseneck Coupler Manual Latch is a patented product protected by US Patent #US9505281B1, USD773345S1, USD9868327B1. It is designed to convert a fifth wheel trailer to a gooseneck hitch. This product is compatible with trailers that have a minimum of 4 mounting bolts per side.

Product Usage Instructions
- Remove the pin box from the trailer using the same amount of bolts you removed.
- Place the Fifth Wheel to Gooseneck Coupler on the trailer hitch and align the bolt holes.
- Attach the coupler to the hitch using the 5/8 x 1 1/2 grade 8 bolts and nuts. Torque the bolts to 160 ft. lbs.
- Attach the safety chains (sold separately GH-70684) to the trailer hitch and the towing vehicle.
- Secure the pin in place using the manual latch.
- Before towing, check the max and min pin weights on the Pin Weight Scale DETAIL B. Adjust the load accordingly.
- During the first 1,000 miles of towing, allow for a break-in period and check for any signs of wear and tear.
