  • The COSMO Pro Air Purifier is designed to filter large particles of dust, hair, PM2.5, formaldehyde, allergens, etc., to remove odors, purify airborne pollutants, and fresh air to protect your health and family.
  • The purifier comes with a composite filter and a UVC disinfection module that effectively removes volatile organic gases (VOCs), odor, secondhand smoke, tiny particles (PM2.5), pollen, mites, allergens, bacteria, and viruses.

Safety Precautions

  • Read the instructions for use and safety carefully before use and keep them for future reference.
  • Place the purifier on a flat, stable surface in the room requiring treatment.
  • Avoid placing the appliance behind curtains, below a window, item of furniture or shelf unit, or close to any other obstacle.
  • Leave at least 50cm of free space on each side of the appliance to allow the air to circulate freely.
  • Make sure the voltage of your home matches the voltage of the device identification.
  • Connect the device to a grounded power plug.
  • Confirm that the air inlet and outlet are completely unobstructed.
  • Make sure the filter and the rear casing are properly installed. If the rear case is not properly installed, the unit will not work properly.

  • This product is forbidden for children under the age of eight, people with little experience and knowledge, or physically, sensory, or mentally handicapped, but they must be trained or instructed to know how to use this product safely and to know the risks involved in this product.
  • Do not use this product if the power cord is damaged. If the power cord is damaged, in order to avoid danger, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its maintenance department, or a specialist in a similar department.
  • Children must not clean and maintain the product without supervision.
  • When servicing this product, refer to the “Maintenance” section of the manual.
  • Keep the power cord out of reach of children under the age of eight.
  • This product is designed for indoor use and should not be used in industrial applications.
  • If the product is damaged due to improper operation, the warranty card is invalid.
  • Do not operate the product in dusty, humid, or hazardous locations.
  • Always ensure that the electrical plug and power cord are good before use.
  • Do not insert foreign objects into the device (such as a needle).
  • Always unplug the unit when not in use or moving location. To disconnect from the power supply, grip the plug to pull from the power socket. Never pull by the cord.
  • Expand the length of the power cord to the appropriate length before use.

Before Use

Please confirm that the filter bag inside the machine has been removed before initial use. Follow these steps:

  1. Press the power button to turn off the power and unplug the device.
  2. Remove the rear shell.
  3. Remove the filter.
  4. Remove the plastic bag from the new filter.
  5. Place the filter within the main unit.
  6. Install the rear shell.
  • Place the purifier on a flat, stable surface in the room requiring treatment.
  • To allow the air to circulate freely, avoid placing the appliance behind curtains, below a window, item of furniture, or shelf unit, or close to any other obstacle, and leave at least 50cm of free space on each side of the appliance.
  • Please confirm that the filter bag inside the machine has been removed before initial use.

Please confirm:

  • The voltage of your home matches the voltage of the device identification.
  • Your device can be connected to a grounded power plug. This device is a Class II appliance (double insulated).
  • The air inlet and outlet are completely unobstructed.
  • The filter and the rear casing are properly installed (see below).

  1. Press the power button to turn off the power and turn off the power.
  2. Remove the rear shell.

  4. Remove the plastic bag from the new filter.
  5. Place the Filter within the main unit.
  6. Install the rear shell.

Instructions for Use

Power

  • To turn the purifier on or off, press the power button. When you turn on the purifier, the air quality detection sensor system will open, and the operation panel digital tube frame will flash for about 30 seconds while the air quality detection sensor system completes the test. The indoor air quality condition is informed by the digital display of the operation panel and the air quality indicator blue, green, and red. The color and air quality information is as follows:

UVC Function

  • Press the UVC button to turn on the UVC function. The built-in ultraviolet lamp starts to work, killing bacteria and viruses in the filter and the airflow, and press the UVC button again to turn it off.

Anion Function

  • The anion function is switched on by default. To activate it press the button, the anion function will turn on as indicated on the panel and the appliance will start to release the anion. Press the button again to turn it off.

Timer Function/Child Lock

  • Timer Function: When the purifier is working, press the button to select the required working time (1~12h). After the set time, the purifier will automatically stop working.
  • Child lock: Press and hold the timer button for 3 seconds to turn on the child lock function; In this mode, other buttons on the control panel will not be available;Press and hold the timer button for 3 seconds to turn off the child lock.

Wind Speed Adjustment

  • Press the wind speed button repeatedly to select the wind speed you need. The mode changes in the following order: Low -> Medium -> Strong -> Auto -> Sleep.

Filter Reset

  • If the filter reset indicator starts blinking red while using the air purifier, replace the filter and hold the button for 5 seconds or longer to reset the filter life.

WiFi Function

  • Press and hold the button for 3 seconds to connect to the wifi

Digital Display

The digital display on the control panel shows the current air quality, WiFi status, filter replacement indicator, UVC, anion, timing, wind speed gear, auto, and sleep indicator. The following buttons are also available:

  • UVC button – for turning on/off the UVC disinfection module
  • Anion button – for turning on/off the anion generator
  • Timing button/Child lock – for setting the timer or enabling the child lock function
  • Power button – for turning the purifier on or off
  • Wind speed button – for adjusting the wind speed
  • Filter reset button – for resetting the filter replacement indicator
  • WiFi button – for connecting to WiFi

Maintenance

  • Please clean the air inlet and outlet regularly to ensure proper air circulation.
  • Replace the filter as recommended to maintain optimal performance.
  • Do not use water or other liquids to clean the purifier.
  • Use a soft dry cloth or brush to clean the surface of the device.
  • Be sure to stop the appliance operation and remove the power plug from the outlet before cleaning and placing the filter. Do not spray water directly on the appliance.
  • Never use sulphuric acid, hydrochloric acid, or organic solvent (e.g., thinner, kerosene, and acetone) to wipe the appliance exterior or affix labels on the exterior. Doing so may damage the product’s surface. Care should be exercised to prevent flowing of water into the product.

  • This data is based on an average use of 8 hours per day at low speed.
  • The recommended filter change frequency will vary depending on the duration of use and the operating environment. The corresponding indicator will illuminate when the filter needs to be replaced.
  • This air purifier is equipped with a filter replacement indicator to make sure that the air purification filter is in optimal condition when the air purifier is operating.
  • When the filters need to be replaced, the filter reset indicator will start blinking.

Note:

  • The air filters are not washable or reusable. Do not clean the filter with a vacuum.
  • Do not touch the pleated filter surface, or smell the filter as it has collected pollutants from the air.

Storage

  • When storing the purifier, make sure to clean the air inlet and outlet and remove the filter. Store the device in a dry, cool, and ventilated place.
  • lf the appliance is not used for a long period of time, store it in a shaded and dry place.

Possible Malfunctions & Solutions

If the device is not working properly or malfunctions, please check the following:

  • Make sure the device is properly connected to a grounded power plug.
  • Make sure the voltage of your home matches the voltage of the device identification.
  • Check if the rear casing and filter are properly installed.
  • Check if the air inlet and outlet are completely unobstructed.
  • Reset the device by pressing the power button or unplugging it from the power source.
  • Please check the following before you contact the service center. If the problem persists, contact your after-sales service center.
Symptoms Possible Causes & Solutions
The appliance does not operate. **The power plug is unplugged from the

outlet.**

●  Plug it into the outlet properly.

A strange odor comes out from the air outlet as well as the filter.| The appliance is located in an area with a lot of smoke or odors.

● In areas with a lot of smoke or odors, the lifespan of the filters may be greatly decreased. For best results, ventilate the room first, then use the appliance.

The odor is coming from the filter.

●  Replace the filter. The filter replacement frequency may differ depending on the usage environment.

The appliance is located in an area with a lot of strong odors.

● If the appliance is used near where you cook or broil fish or meat, the lifespan of the filters will be greatly decreased.

● For best results, ventilate the area first by opening a window or using a vent hood. Use the appliance only to minimize odors left after ventilating the area.

Important matters

  • Do not cover the air inlet or outlet.
  • Do not touch the appliance with wet hands.
  • Do not allow any liquid to enter the appliance.
  • Do not use this appliance in a damp place.
  • Do not use this appliance close to a heat source.
  • Do not place anything on the appliance or insert any foreign objects.
  • Please do not place this appliance close to flammable articles or products (curtains, aerosols, organic solvents, etc.)
  • Never use the appliance in an inclined or horizontal position.Place the appliance on a flat , stable surface.
  • In the case of prolonged absence: switch the appliance off and unplug it.
  • Turn off the appliance and unplug before moving.
  • Unplug the device when assembling or cleaning the device.
