Dear Customer,
Before using the appliance, read the following instructions carefully and keep
this manual for future reference. The appliance must only be used by persons
familiar with these instructions.

Connection to the mains supply
The mains voltage must match the voltage shown on the power supply unit
nameplate. This product complies with all binding CE labelling directives.
Important safety instructions

In order to avoid hazards and to comply with safety regulations, any repairs to the appliance and thepower supply unit must only be carried out by our customer service.
Therefore, in the event of a repair being needed, please contact our customer service by phone or email (see Annex). -
The appliance may only be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lacking experience and knowledge, if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance and fully understand all dangers and safety precautions involved.

This appliance must not be used by children. Keep the device and the power adapter away from children. Children must not be permitted to play with the appliance.

Be careful when processing warm liquids, as these can escape from the blender jar in the form of a sudden steam cloud.

To avoid the risk of electric shock, do not clean the appliance with liquids or immerse it.

After switching off, always wait until the motor has come to a complete standstill. Do not touch any moving parts.

The individual attachments should be cleaned after each cycle of use. For detailed information, please refer to the section Cleaning and care.

The blades are sharp. Risk of injury! Be particularly careful when emptying and cleaning the processing bowl and cleaning the blender unit!

Warning! Using the appliance incorrectly can lead to injuries.

Separate the drive unit from the accessories,
– before assembling or disassembling the appliance,
– in case of any malfunction,
– when there is no supervision,
– after use,
– before cleaning the appliance. -
This appliance is intended for domestic or similar applications, such as – in kitchens used by employees in shops, offices and similar work environments, – in agricultural working environments, – by customers in hotels, motels etc. and similar establishments, – in bed-and breakfast type environments.

Caution: Keep any packaging materials well away from children – these materials are a potential source of danger, e.g. of suffocation.

Before commissioning, check the whole appliance, including the power supply and any accessories, to ensure that there are no defects or damage which could impair the functional safety of the appliance. For example, if the appliance has fallen onto the floor or the power cord has been pulled, there may be damage that cannot be seen from the outside. In this case, too, do not operate the appliance.

Never allow the appliance or the power supply unit to be exposed to any external source of heat.

No responsibility is accepted if damage results from improper use, or if these instructions are not complied with.
Safety When Handling Batteries
- There is a risk of injury and explosion if batteries are handled incorrectly.
- The appliance contains rechargeable batteries that cannot be replaced. Never replace the rechargeable batteries with other rechargeable or nonrechargeable batteries.
- When charging the batteries, use only the power supply unit provided. Never use another powersupply unit to charge the batteries. The power supply unit provided must, in turn, only be used to charge the appliance batteries provided.
- When disposing of the appliance, take the motor unit with battery to an appropriate collection point in your area to be disposed of in a safe and environmentally friendly way. Never dispose of batteries with household waste.
- Never disassemble the motor unit with the battery. Never expose to high temperatures or put it into a fire.
- If the battery is handled incorrectly, liquid may leak from it. Do not continue using a battery if it is damaged or leaking liquid.
- If there has been any leakage, avoid contact with the liquid.
- If any contact with the leaked liquid occurs, rinse off immediately with plenty of water. In the event of any symptoms (of any kind), please consult a doctor.
Cleaning and Care
- Before cleaning, remove the blender unit from the drive unit.
- Do not use aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents or sharp or pointed objects.
- Remove leftover food from the appliance after each use.
- For reasons of electrical safety, the drive unit and the power supply unit must not be treated with liquids or even immersed in them. Only clean the parts with a slightly damp cloth.
- The lower parts of the hand blender and the potato masher can be cleaned in warm water using a standard washing-up liquid. Caution! The blender blade is sharp.
- If the blade is heavily soiled, clean it with a brush.
- Clean the lid of the multichopper and adapters with a damp cloth and a little washing-up liquid.
- Make sure that no water runs into the top of the drive shaft of the blender unit, the potato masher, the multi-chopper lid and the adapter!
- The whisk, the mixing cup with non-slip protection/ lid, the processing bowl and the multi-chopper blade can be cleaned with warm water and a standardwashing-up liquid. Caution!The blade is sharp.
- The whisk, the mixing cup with anti-slip/lid and the processing bowl can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
Intended Use
- The appliance is used exclusively for mixing, pounding or chopping up the specified foods and for whipping cream or egg whites.
- Use the appliance only with the accessories provided.
- Any other use not mentioned in the instructions is considered improper use and could result in serious injury or damage to the appliance.
Before using for the first time
- Remove all remaining packaging material and any promotional stickers from the appliance. The nameplate must not be removed.
- Clean the appliance as described in the
Cleaning and Care section.
- Charge the battery as described in the Charging the Battery section. Charging the Battery
- Charge the battery regularly, especially when the indicator light is red and after a long period of non-use. This extends battery life and ensures the longest possible processing cycles.
- During the charging process, theappliance cannot be used.
- Plug the power pack adapter of the supplied power pack into the connection socket of the drive unit.
- Connect the power adapter supplied to the power socket.
- The indicator light flashes blue.
- As soon as the battery is fully charged, the indicator light lights up blue.
- When the battery is empty, the charging process takes approximately 2 hours.
- Unplug the power supply unit from the power socket.
- Take the power adapter of the power supply unit out of the connection socket for the appliance.
Short-time operation

The appliance is designed for processing normal household quantities.
It can be used with a blender unit, potato masher or multi-chopper for up to 1 minute continuously. The motor must then cool down for at least 3 minutes. -
When using the whisk, the appliance can be used for two minutes with all switch settings and then has to cool down to room temperature for approximately 3 minutes.
Operating button
The device is equipped with a safety switch.
To turn it on, first press and hold the button .Press the button.
Then the button can be released.

Handling of the blender unit
-
Place the blender unit on the drive unit so that on the drive unit and on the blender unit are facing each other.
Then lock so that and face each other. -
Always use a suitable container for operation. A tall container with a flat base is best.

Dip the blender unit into the filled mixture before the hand blender is switched on.
-
Make sure that the unit can rotate freely inside the bowl and is not blocked during operation.

As soon as the button is released, the hand blender is switched off. Wait for the motor to stop before removing the blender from the food to be mixed.

Remove the mixture after use.
Multi-chopper
- Place the processing bowl on the slip protection.
- Caution: Exercise extreme care: the blades are very sharp. When handling the blades, always hold them by the upper protective plastic covering.
- Cut the material to be sliced into pieces of approximately 1 cm.
- Fit the cutting blade unit into the bowl before filling the bowl with the food to be chopped.
- Avoid overfilling the working tank! The processing bowl may be filled with herbs etc. up to the MAX mark.
- Do not fill with hot liquids or hard foods (e.g. ice cubes, nutmegs, cereals, coffee beans, rice or spices). Hard cheese or chocolate is also unsuitable.
- Close the processing bowl with the lid and lock it by turning clockwise.
- Put the drive unit on the lid of the processing bowl. Lock by turning so that and face each other.
- Press and buttons at short intervals until the material to be sliced has reached the desired fineness. Hold the lid and the processing bowl.
- After chopping, wait until the motor has stopped before opening the cover or removing the drive unit. To loosen the drive unit, turn it until and face each other. Unlock the lid, remove it and take out the blade and the food to be sliced.
- When processing further food after the first cycle, make sure that the receptacle for the blade unit at the bottom of the bowl is free of food residue before refitting the unit.
Whisk
The whisk is suitable for whipping cream or egg whites or for mixing liquids
such as soups, sauces, etc.
- Insert the whisk into the whisk adapter.
- Put the drive unit on the adapter. Lock by twisting until and face each other.
- Push the whisk attachment down into the ingredients in the bowl before briefly switching the unit on with the operation buttons.
- Always wait until the motor has come to a complete standstill before lifting the whisk attachment from the mixture.
Potato masher
The potato masher is suitable for preparing mashed potatoes and mashed
vegetables.
- Insert the potato masher into the potato masher adapter and lock it by turning clockwise.
- Put the drive unit on the adapter. Lock by twisting until and face each other.
- First dip the potato masher into the filled material to be mashed before the appliance is switched on by pressing the operating button.
- After use, wait until the motor has stopped before removing the potato masher.
Blender jug
The blender jug has a non-slip base which can also be used as a lid.

The following recipe can be used to achieve maximum performance:

Hand blender:
Blend 280 g of soaked carrots and 420 ml of water for 60 seconds. -
Multi-chopper:
Mince 200 g of beef (in pieces of 20 x 20 x 20) for 60 seconds. -
Whisk Beat 2 egg whites for 120 seconds

Potato masher: Mash 500 g of boiled potatoes with 250 ml of milk for 60 seconds
Dispose of the appliance with the battery
Devices marked with this symbol must be disposed of separately from your
household waste, as they contain valuable materials which can be recycled.
Proper disposal protects the environment and human health. Your local
authority or retailer can provide information on the matter.
