FOERSTER TECHNIK Automatic Calf Feeder
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION
This document gives a brief overview of the most important steps when recommissioning a feeder
- Remove the protective cover
- Place the feeder in the desired position and clean the outside with a damp cloth.
- Mounting the protective grid/cover of the powder hopper
- Fill up milk replacer
- Connect water
- Use a new hose!
- Connect power
- Provide draining options
- On the left side of the feeder
- In front of the feeder in the middle of the housing
- At every feeding station
- Establish potential equalization
- Attach new teats and suction hoses
- Connect the Ethernet cable and, if necessary, the identification cable
- Remove the dummy plug/sealing cap Open the door on the left side and plug in the Ethernet cable
- TIPP: check QuickStartGuide 2.3 CalfCloud
- Install external detergent supply
- Check storage level and re-fill if necessary.
- Turn the automatic feeder on
- This checklist refers to the basic equipment of the calf feeder. Not all available functions of the automatic feeder or the extensions can be shown.
