Product Usage Instructions
Calibration
To calibrate the calf feeder, follow the detailed instructions in the QuickStartGuides:
- Manual calibration (1.3)
- Automatic calibration (1.4)
Cleaning
To check the cleaning settings and detergent supply of the calf feeder:

Functionality Check of the Mixer Electrode
To ensure and maintain the operation of the automatic feeder:

Perform the electrode test and check if it is OK. Follow the instructions for troubleshooting if the test fails.
Valve Block Test
To ensure that the valves connected to the valve block are tight:
Perform the following steps:
- Empty the mixer.
- Start the Water Bo.
- Check the function of the training pump. If it fails, check the fuse F30 and replace the training pump if necessary.
- Disconnect the suction hose from the hose coupling.
- Perform a leak test on the valve station(s) and combination with IFS-Station(s).

feeder.

Functionality check of the mixer electrode
To ensure and maintain the operation of the automatic feeder
Point electrode only for VARIO-Feeders
Valve block test
Ensure that the valves connected to the valve block are tight so that the liquid in the mixer can only drain through the valves / connections provided for this purpose.
- Check function of training pump
- Disconnect suction hose from hose coupling
- Leak test
When the mixer is full and the training pump is activated, no water should leak through the feed station valves or the drain valve. Water should drain out of the IFS connections
