INSTALLATION

1. Endpin jack preamp installation.
   Make a hole in guitar for endpin jack. Use 12.5 mm or 1/2 inch drill bit for wood.
   Install the endpin jack from inside of guitar body Endpin jack preamp comes with power switch function and will turn on when plug in.

2. Battery bag installation Install battery bag with included velcro tape.
   Place 9V alkaline battery into battery bag. (1500hours)

3. Volume and tone controls installation
   Make clean the surface of guitar inside with sand paper.
   Mount the self adhesive PCB, (volume, tone) board in location.

4. Optional piezo pickup installation
   Make clean and flat for bottom of bridge cavity.
   Reduce height of bridge bar as pickup’s height.
   Make a hole for piezo pickup cable (use 3mm or 1/8”).

Piezo ceramic pickup ( UST) for ACOUSTIC GUITAR with distance of strings (55mm), Every piezo pickup constructed with separate ceramic element’s and skillfully assemble with great precision. That improving the balance between strings. Excellent frequency response characteristics and natural sound reproduction. Perfectly you can combine this with external preamplifier and also with ENJ preamplifier built-in on endpin jack.
INSTALLATION – INSTRUCTIONS

1. Remove the strings, bridge pins, the saddle and the strap button pin Check the UST that it fits into the saddle slot easily, Do not cause, improper pressure on the piezo pickup. The saddle slot must be a minimum of 4,5 mm deep for the entire length of the slot.

2. Drilling the hole for UST Drill a preferably 2.5mm hole for the cable into the one end of the saddle slot. It is preferred at the string side low-E.

3. Drilling the hole for Endpin Jack
   Put a piece of masking tape where the hole will be drilled. Use a small drill bit to make a starter hole and then finish by using the 12mm drill bit. Smooth the edge of the hole.
   

4. Install the piezo pickup and bring the wire through the hole and then bring the wire to the endpin hole.

5. Solder the shield wire to the outside leg of your output jack and the center conductor wire to the center pin.

6. Put the endpin jack with the connected cable into the hole and push the jack inside as wedge.

7. Reinstall the saddle, the strings and make necessary adjustments in your instrument. Tune your guitar

TIP. We recommend that a professional should do this procedure Certainly if the saddle slot needs be deepened, only an experienced craftsman should make the adjustment.
