TAP BCE-27D Double Sensor
FEATURES – INSTRUCTION
Ultra-sensitive Double (transducer) pickup, suitable for Cello and Contrabass. The selection materials (elastic & wood), render the BCE-27D with very good surface that also maintains its strength and flexibility. The result is a sensor that is ultra-sensitive to an instrument’s surface vibrations and, therefore, has extremely natural and warm sounding. This pickup is designed for full response regardless of whether you play arco (bowed) or pizzicato (plucked). Set your amp’s tone to suit your taste. However, the best frequency response will be obtained by using a buffering preamp with a high output impedance. You can install the sensor to any place along the organ’s body according to your personal preference of sound, hue and volume. Comes with an Endpin jack and socket holder, for mounting between the strings above the tailpiece.
The model BCE-27DF comes with an ¼ jack for external mounting and an adhesive jack holder.
