Milesight GD11 Docking Station Kit
Safety Precautions
Mile sight will not shoulder responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from not following the instructions of this operating guide.
- The device must not be disassembled or remodeled in any way.
- Do not place the device outdoors where the temperature is below/above operating range. Do not place the device close to objects with naked flames, heat source (oven or sunlight), cold source, liquid and extreme temperature changes.
- The device must never be subjected to shocks or impacts.
- Do not power off the device when it’s upgrading or formatting, or it will cause operations stem error.

2 Hardware Overview
120 Ω Terminal Resistor Switch: the device will add a 120Ω termination resistor to avoid data corrupting reflections if RS485 data rate is high

Power Supply
Docking station can be powered via both Type-C ports. Choose one of the following methods to power up the IoT Display

Powered by a POWER Type-C port

Connect DS7610 to docking station via type-C port (communication) to provide the power supply
Installation
The docking station can be placed on a desktop or mounted onto a wall.

Take off the back cover, and fix the wall plugs into the wall according to the drilling position as referred

Screw the cover on the mounting positions and install back the device

Milesight provides Developer API document to allow DS7610 to use this docking

Before using docking station kit on DS7610, ensure the DS7610 firmware version
