Assembly

Join the device holder with either the dash/window mount or vent adapter ,,,

  1. Insert the ball on the mount into the socket on the device holder and
  2. Fasten with nut. Ball joint can be adjusted for best viewing angle. Be sure to plug power cord into bottom of device holder or phone will not charge and arms will not open and close.

Installation

Dash Mount: Clean mounting location with water or alcohol as necessary and let dry. Apply at room temperature. Peel cover off suction cup and press firmly while locking suction lever into down position. To release the mount from your dash, lift up the suction lever and pull up on the release tab.

After repeated applications, suction cup may lose its stickiness. Simply wash with warm water and air dry to restore original condition.

Vent Adapter: Flip the tightening lever to its middle position (perpendicular to the vent adapter), then slide jaws of vent mount onto vent slat. Once inserted all the way into the vent, flip the tightening lever to whichever position (“I” or “II”) provides the best grip on the vent slat.

Device Placement

With the device holder plugged into power, the arms will open up automatically when a phone is not detected. When a Qi-enabled phone is detected, the arms will close automatically.

To release phone, press the release button on either side of the device holder.

Adjustment

To adjust the length of the arm, loosen the arm extension adjustment knob and slide the arm extension in or out to desired length. Tighten to secure. Do not overtighten.

To adjust the height of the arm, loosen the arm height adjustment knob and pivot the arm to desired height. Tighten to secure. Do not overtighten.
Adjustment

For taller or shorter phones, move the foot on the device holder up or down to properly align your phone with the wireless charger. This adjustment will be different for every phone model. Your phone will start charging when it is in proper alignment. Aligning the wireless charging components correctly will allow your phone to receive the fastest charge possible.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Bracketron, Inc. warrants this product against defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Bracketron, at its option, may repair or replace with new or refurbished product, any product which Bracketron determines to be defective. “Refurbished” means any product that has been returned to its original specifi-cations. To obtain warranty services, you must deliver the product, freight prepaid, to Bracketron, Inc. at 5624 Lincoln Dr., Edina, MN 55436. A dated purchase receipt MUST accompany the returned product. This Limited Warranty shall apply to any repair or replacement product for the remainder of the original Limited Warranty or for a period of ninety (90) days — whichever is longer. BRACKETRON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT. FURTHER, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON THIS PRODUCT IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.
