Charging Station Instructions
Y10 is a magnetic 3-in-1 wireless charger that supports Phone 12 or above device magnetic charging, Apple Watch generation 1-7, and AirPods generation 2 or above wireless charging. It can also wirelessly charge android phones or other electronic devices that support the al standard.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. Wireless charging is slow?
– Check whether the power supply adapter has more than 18W power and whether the phone itself, or the external receiving coil allows the wireless charging current to be different, or the phone is in use while charging (Close background tasks).
2. Phone not charging or LED status not displaying?
– Please use a power adapter with sufficient power of 9V/2A, QC3.0/PD18W or above. Check if charger connection is loose.
3. Charger is getting warm?
– Charging and heating in the receiving coil or transmitting plate is normal. It is recommended to adjust the charging position.
4. LED is blue but cannot charge?
– The receiving coil of the phone is malfunctioning, or the charging position is incorrect.
5. The power indicator light won’t turn on?
– If the charging station fails, contact the after-sales service team.
Matters needing attention
- Please use the adapter with more than 18W power for the power supply (QC3.0 or PD18W or more). Otherwise, it may cause unstable charging.
- Do not put metal objects or magnetic materials near the charging area, it may cause damage or not charge.
- If the receiving coil or transmitting panel overheats during charging. Stop charging and please take off all devices, after cooling, try to charge again.
- When there is any abnormity, the indicator light will blink, and the protection function will start.
Safety instructions
- Do not force the power cord to avoid breaking or falling off.
- Please do not disassemble the main engine or put it into fire or water to avoid short circuits and leakage.
- Do not use in severe high temperature, humidity, or corrosive environment to avoid damage to the circuit.
