BATTERY CHARGING (figure C)
Charge the speaker before using it for the first time. To do so, connect it to a power source as shown in the figure C. While charging the device, the red power indicator (3) lights up, when charging is complete it goes out.
SWITCH-ON (figure D) A long press on the power button (8) is accompanied by a beep. The status light (9) flashes blue quickly, waiting to pair with the device via BT. BT CONNECTION (figure E)
Turn on BT on your device, go to the BT settings. Find the “Canyon BSP-4” and click on the line to pair the device with the speaker. If prompted for a password, enter “0000” on the device. Successful connection is accompanied by an audible signal and the status indicator lights up blue.

Note. If the speaker has previously been paired with a device, it will automatically pair with that device when you turn it on.
To cancel pairing, go to the BT settings on the device, find “Canyon BSP-4” and remove the connection. Next, perform the pairing process with a new device.

The status LED (9) flashes blue slowly during playback.
INCOMING CALL (figure H, I) The optimal distance to the microphone during a call is up to 50 cm. MEMORY CARD (figure J). CONTROL (figure G) Playback starts automatically when the memory card is inserted.
RADIO MODE (figure K, L) Turn on the speaker. Insert the Type-C charging cable into the USB connector (4) (works as an external antenna to amplify the radio effect). (7) to start scanning the FM band (search and store available radio stations). The status LED (9) blinks blue rapidly during the search. The status LED (9) flashes blue slowly during playback. When the speaker is paused, the status indicator (9) lights blue all the time.

TWO SPEAKERS CONNECTION (optional)

If you have two BT speakers of this type, it is possible to connect them to the device in stereo mode simultaneously. To do so, turn on both speakers. On one of them, press the power button (8) twice to pair the speakers. A successful pairing is accompanied by an audible signal. On one speaker, the blue status light will be on continuously, on the second speaker it will blink slowly. On your device, turn on BT and go to the BT settings (see figure E). In the list, find “Canyon BSP-4” and click on the line to pair it with the speakers. After successful pairing, you will hear a beep. The status light on the two speakers will turn solid blue. For a stable signal, the distance between speakers should not exceed 5 m, and the optimal distance from the speaker to the device is up to 10 m.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Pairing is not performed.
Make sure the device is turned on and BT is activated. Place the device and the speaker side by side. Make sure the speaker is not connected to another device.

1. Do not use the speaker at a high-volume level for an extended period. This can cause temporary or permanent hearing loss. 2. Do not drop, throw, disassemble, or attempt to repair the device yourself. 3. Protect the device from excessive moisture, water, dust, heat, and direct sunlight. 4. Clean the device of dirt with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use soap or abrasive detergents.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
