Installation Step

Follow the available instructions and resources to set up your smart device.

Step 1: Download the app

Download the Join in Home APP from App Store or Google Play.

Scan the QR code to download

Step 2: Set up account

Create an account in Joinin Home App.

Step 3: Install the smart device

1. Screw the smart bulb into a standard indoor light fixture

2. Power switch for the lamp or light fixture must be ON

Step 4: Light Pairing mode

1. Remove power to bulb ( turn of light switch) fo川sec., add power for 1 sec.(turn on light switch)
2. Cycle five times. Bulb will be in ON position and begins flashing quickly.

Step 5: Add Device

1. Click Add Device of the+ at the upper right corner.
   

2. . System will auto scan the smart device.
   
   

3. Make sure your wifi is 2.4G.
   

4. Done. Enjoy you time with APP control
   

Voice Control

Compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant

Follow the steps in the Amazon Alexa or Google Home app to connect the Joinin Home app or select “Third-Pa Voice Se vices” in the Join in Home app.

Troubleshooting ways

Cannot connect to your wi－if network.

1. Please make sure your Wi-Fi router is unde the 2.4GHz se忧ing and the entered router passwo时is correct.
2. lf Wi-Fi signal is too weak, reset your Wi-Fi router and t『y again.
3. Please enable the Joinin Home App to get your local location and Bluetooth.

Setup is not working properly

1. clean all apps that a陀running in the background then reopen the Joinin Home App.
2. Uninstall and 『·einstall the Join in Home App then repeat the setup process.

The bulb is not responding to Joinin Home App.

1. Delete the original connection reco时in the app and 陪peat the connection process回．
2. Check if the bulb is turned o仔． If yes, turn it on and wait until the bulb reconnects with the Wi-Fi network automatically.
3. Check if there a陪 problems with your internet connection. if necessary，， 陪臼t your Wi-Fi router and try again
