First Start
Open the charging case lid and take out both earbuds, then remove the protective filmand put theearbuds back into the case
- With the case open, press and hold the button on the charging case for 3s, the LED indicator oncase flashes white and both earbuds enter the pairing mode.
- Activate Bluetooth on the device, and choose “SOUNDPEATS Capsule3 Pro” on Bluetooth List topair.
Reset
- Place both earbuds back into the charging case and make sure the earbuds sit well in thecharging case(the light on the charging case will flashes twice).
- With the case lid open, press and hold the charging case button for 10s until the light flashes red and white alternately twice, the reset is complete.
- Close the case lid and reopen to activate the earbuds

- Rotate the headset to find the most comfortable fit.

Q2: How to charge the case?
- Use a Type-C adapter to charge the case (current not over 1A).
- Please charge the earbuds and case at least once every 3 months when not in use for a longtime.
Q3: Why are the earbuds still connected to my phone after returning the earbuds to the case?
- The charging case is out of battery. The case will not turn the earbuds off if the case battery is dead.
- Please make sure the earbuds sit well in the charging case, and that the charging contacts onboth the earbuds and charging case are clean. Please try something like a microfiber cloth to cleanthe contacts.
Q4: The battery life is not as advertised?
A single charge will not give you 52 hours of constant playtime. The earbuds work for around8hours per charge with normal mode and around 5.5 hours per charge with ANC mode. Thecharging case provides another 5.5 recharges
