infrared heater. It will serve you for a long time.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please, read this manual before using the device. This manual contains
important information regarding your safety, as well as recommendations
concerning the correct use and maintenance of this appliance. Keep this manual
together with a warranty card, cash register receipt and, if possible, carton
and packaging material. This instruction manual describes different types of
this device. The device you purchased may differ slightly from the description
in the manual, which does not affect the methods of use and operation. The
manufacturer reserves the right to make minor changes to the device without
additional notice which is not fundamentally affect its safety, performance
and functionality. There may be some misprints in text and digital notations
in the present manual.
IMPORTANT!
Important safeguards and descriptions contained in this manual do not include
all possible situations that you may experience using the device. The
manufacturer is not responsible for damage of the appliance or its parts
during transportation, as a result of incorrect installation or voltage
fluctuations, as well as when any part of the appliance has been changed or
modified.
NOTE
There is a label on the device which has all the necessary technical data and
other useful information about the device. Use the appliance only for the
purpose specified in this manual.
SAFEGUARDS
When using an infrared heater, a number of safety precautions must be observed. Improperoperation by ignoring safety precautions can result in damage to the health of the user and otherpeople, as well as damage to their property. The manufacturer is not responsible for damage tohealth and property damage resulting from improper installation and operation of the device.
- Read these instructions carefully before using the appliance to avoid damage during use.
- Before starting up for the first time, check that the specifications on the product comply with the power supply specifications.
- Do not use the device outdoors or in high humidity areas.
- Always unplug the device before assembling, disassembling and cleaning, or if you are not using it.
- Do not use accessories that are not supplied.
- When disconnecting the appliance from the mains, do not pull on the power cord, grasp the plug. Do not twist and do not wind it on anything.
- The temperature of the heating element during operation of the heater is very high. To avoid burns, do not touch the surfaces of the device with your hands and other parts of the body, and also prevent the possibility of touching the radiating plates of the heater by an accidental person by instructing and placing the heater in an inaccessible place.
- The heater should be located away from curtains, flammable and easily deformable objects.
- Make sure that the power cord does not touch sharp edges or hot surfaces.
- Make sure that the heater body and its radiating plates have cooled down before the heater is dismantled and packed in its packaging for long-term storage.
- When dismantling or moving the heater, be especially careful not to let the appliance hit or fall.
- When the device is not in use for a long time, store it in a cool, dry place in the original cardboard box. If the device was at a temperature below 0ºC for some time, it must be kept at room temperature for at least 2 hours before turning it on.
- ATTENTION! DO NOT COVER THE DEVICE while it is operating. Do not dry clothes or any other fabrics and materials on it. This can lead to overheating, failure, or significant damage to you and / or your property. ATTENTION! The manufacturer considers this type of breakdown as a non-warranty case.
- Connection of the heater to the mains must be made to the mains with a circuit breaker.
- Never connect the heater to the mains if heater’s surface is wet.
- Do not attempt to repair the device or change its parts by yourself. To repair the product, contact an authorized service center.
- It is forbidden to operate the heater in rooms with explosive environments, with dusty environments, and also with environments that cause corrosion of materials.
- Do not operate the heater without grounding.
- It is forbidden to turn on and operate the heater with the removed cover.
- It is forbidden to install and use the device in bathrooms, showers or pools, precisely in those places where there is a possibility of direct hit of jets and drops of water on its surface during the time when the device is turned on.
- It is forbidden to operate the heater in dusty rooms and during home improvements.
- It is forbidden to touch the heating element of a working (switched on for heating) heater.
- Use this heater only as described in this manual. Any other use not recommended by the manufacturer may result in fire, electric shock, or personal injury
- Never clean the heater when it is connected to the mains.
- For normal operation of the device, the voltage level of the mains must be proper, and its technical parameters must be in strict accordance with the technical parameters indicated on the device. If necessary, find out the characteristics of your network from your electricity supplier.
- Install and operate the heater on the ceiling, ceiling structures or on the wall. The temperature resistance of the ceiling coating material must be at least 80°C.
- It is forbidden to install the device near or under the electric socket. This can lead to overheating of the socket, which will create an emergency situation.
- The device is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental abilities or in the absence of their life experience or knowledge, unless they are supervised or instructed on the use of the device by the person responsible for their safety. Children must be supervised to prevent playing with the appliance.
- Do not turn on the device if its power cord or plug is damaged. If the power cord or plug is damaged, to avoid danger, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, authorized service center, or similar qualified personnel.
- CAUTION! Some parts of this product can become very hot and cause burns. Particular attention has to be given where children and vulnerable people are present.
- WARNING: This heater is not equipped with a device to control the room temperature. Do not use this heater in small rooms when they are occupied by persons not capable of leaving the room on their own, unless constant supervision is provided.
- Children under the age of 3 should be kept away unless they are under constant supervision.
- Children between the ages of 3 and 8 may turn on/off the appliance only if it has been placed or installed in its normal operating position and the children are supervised or instructed in the safe use of the appliance and understand the dangers associated with it. Children between the ages of 3 and 8 are not allowed to plug in, adjust or clean the appliance, or perform maintenance on the appliance.

An electric infrared heater is designed for general, additional, or local heating of living and industrial rooms of all types. This heating appliance is efficient in use thanks to minimum losses of electric power.

NOTE:
Heating area in the table is indicated for reference, since it depends both on
the heater power, and on room type, ceiling height, wall/ceiling materials,
area of glazing, presence of doors, etc.

INSTALLATION
7.1 Safe distances required for installation
- Never install the device on surfaces made of plastic, cardboard, nylon etc.
- Distance between the device and the floor after installation must be at least 1.8 m
- Distance between the device and wall must be at least 1 m.
- Distance between the device and ceiling must be at least 0.7 m
- Distance between protection grille and highly flammable materials (fabric, paper, plastic etc.) must be at least 1.5-2 m.
- Distance between the device and user must be at least 1 m.

7.2 Wall/ceiling installation
- Unpack the device
- Take the mounting set from the packaging. Mounting set includes 4 corner brackets: 2 brackets for device, 2 brackets for wall
- Take 2 corner brackets for the device and connect them to the back panel of the device using 4 screws. Back panel has 4 holes on the left and right side.
- Choose the location of installation according to fig. 2 and chapter 7.1. Drill 4 holes on the wall with diameter of 8 mm according to distance between 2 corner brackets on the back panel of the device. Put 4 dowels inside 4 holes on the wall, connect the brackets to the wall with 4 screws.
- Connect the edge holes of brackets from the wall to edge holes of brackets from the device with 2 screws and 2 wing nuts, adjust the angle and tighten wing nuts.
- Check if the device is strictly parallel to the floor.
NOTE:
Depending on material and design of ceiling structure, the heater should be
hanged on appropriate sturdy fasteners. Strength of the ceiling or its
elements, to which the heater is hanged, should be sufficient to endure 5-fold
weight of the heater.
NOTE:
This device can be installed on a portable tripod stand (not included).
Mounting the device on a rack depends on the portable rack mounting kit.
Familiarize yourself with the design of the device and the mounting brackets
of the portable stand you wish to purchase.
CONNECTION TO ELECTRIC MAINS
- The heater is designed for connection to the single-phase 220V~, 50 Hz electric mains equipped with a grounding loop.
- Before connection, make sure that specifications of the electric mains meet the parameters indicated on the appliance nameplate.
- Connect the heater to electric mains using the power cord with plug
- Electrical outlet must be properly grounded. The outlet must be rated at least 10 A for models with a maximum power of up to 2000 W, and at least 16 A for models with a maximum power of 2500 W and 3000 W. The electrical socket and plug must always be kept dry to prevent leakage of electric current. Regularly check that the electrical plug is firmly connected to the outlet. Check in the following order: insert the electrical plug into the socket. After half an hour of operation, turn off the device and remove the plug from the socket, check with your hand if the plug has warmed up. If the plug has become hotter than 50°C, replace the outlet with another one to avoid damage, accidents, or fire due to poor electrical contact. This should be done by a specialist.
OPERATION OF THE DEVICE
- Connect the power plug to the outlet
- Turn the thermostat knob clockwise to the end, heating element of the device will heat up and start heating.
- After room temperature reaches the desired level, turn thermostat knob counterclockwise, the device will turn off the heating element.
- To turn of the device turn the thermostat know counterclockwise and unplug the device
- In order to exclude the burnt smell keep the device clean, do not allow it to become dusty
WARNING!
Slight crackles may be heard during operation at the moment of heating or
cooling down, is not a malfunction.
NOTE:
Change of color on the side of the device directed to ceiling is not a defect.
Change of color of the radiating parts is also not a defect.
MAINTENANCE
WARNING:
See “Safeguards”
- Before carrying out maintenance work on cleaning the device, turn off the device, disconnect it from the mains and let the device cool down.
- If body of the device is dirty, wipe the dust with a damp cloth
- Wipe the device with a soft, slightly damp cloth/cloth. The fabric must not leave fluff on the surface of the appliance.
- It is not recommended to use detergents, including products with abrasive compositions
- In the process of cleaning, please do not damage the surface of the heater with sharp objects (hard sponge, sandpaper, etc.). Scratches on a painted surface can lead to rust formation.
- 7. Turn on and use the device again only after completing all the “Safeguards”; also make sure that the surface of the appliance is completely dry.
NOTE:
Radiating plate should be wiped with a soft rag moistened in alcohol. The rag
must not leave scratches on the surface. Use of other liquids is prohibited!
TROUBLESHOOTING
If it is impossible to fix these malfunctions with these methods, contact the authorized service center.

After the lifetime of the device expires, it should be recycled in compliance with the laws, rules and methods in region of recycling. Detailed information about the recycling of the device, you can receive from a representative of the local authorities, after providing full information about the device. The manufacturer and authorized organization of the manufacturer do not carry responsibility for the fulfillment by the Buyer of the requirements of legislation on utilization and methods of utilization of the device elected by the Buyer. The lifetime of the device is indicated in the warranty card. Warranty period for the device and warranty terms are specified in the warranty card. The warranty card is an integral part of the documentation supplied with this unit. If there is no warranty card in the delivery set, ask for it from the Seller. The warranty card provided by the Seller must conform to the manufacturer’s form. The manufacturer and the authorized organization of the manufacturer remove responsibility for any possible harm which can be caused to people, animals or property directly or indirectly, if this harm occurred as a result of noncompliance with the rules and operating conditions, installation of the device, intentional or reckless actions of the user- and / or third parties, as well as in situations caused by natural and / or anthropogenic accidents.
TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
- During transportation, any possible impacts and movements of the package inside the vehicle should be excluded.
- Transporting and storage should be provided in strict accordance to the manipulation marks.
