APPLICATION OF THE DEVICE
- Electric instant water heaters are recommended to be used for the constant supply of hot water to cottages and country houses, as well as a reserve in city apartments for the period when hot water is turned off for maintenance.
- The main advantage of instantaneous water heaters is that they are able to provide an unlimited amount of heated water, one has only to open the water supply valve to the water heater. The water is heated immediately by passing through the heating element with high heating performance.
- Electricity consumption is carried out only at the time of consumption of heated water, which eliminates the loss of electricity associated with heat accumulation. In addition, there is no need to carry out regular maintenance of instantaneous water heaters.
ATTENTION!
- This electric instant water heater is non-pressure and is designed for heating tap water in domestic conditions, for operation only in an open water supply circuit (without shutting off the water flow at the outlet of the water heater) and for one point of consumption.
- Water is heated when it flows through a heating flask made of heat-resistant plastic, with a copper heating element. Protection against turning on without water is carried out by a membrane pressure sensor, which turns on the power supply of the heating element when water is supplied.
- When the water flowing through the heating bulb overheats, the power to the heating element is turned off by the temperature limiter, with the function of restoring its performance.

Dimensions are specified in mm, deviations of 1-5 mm are allowed.
INSTALLATION OF THE WATER HEATER
When installing the water heater, strictly follow the laws, ordinances, regulations and standards (safety regulations, rules and procedures for disposal, technical and electrical safety regulations, etc.) in force in your country, as well as the regulations of local electricity and water supply companies.
Mounting
When determining the location of the water heater, it is necessary to provide
free access to it at the rate of at least 0.3 m from above, below and from the
sides. This will make it possible to maintain and regulate the water heater as
conveniently as possible. After choosing the location of the water heater,
determine the points for the holes for the mounting screws. Drill 2 holes of
appropriate depth in the wall using a drill bit that is the right size for the
dowels and screws supplied with the water heater. Insert the dowels into the
holes in the wall and screw the mounting screws into them. Do not fully
tighten the screws. The heads of the screws should recede from the wall by the
distance necessary for hanging the water heater and its reliable fastening.
Hang the water heater on the screws and check the reliability of fastening.
ATTENTION!
The device must be installed on the wall strictly horizontally with the
nozzles down.
For more reliable fastening, you can use a through hole in the bottom of the
rear panel by screwing an additional screw into the wall through it.
NOTE!
Installation of the water heater at the place of operation and power supply
must be carried out by a specialized organization, representatives of the
manufacturer’s service department or specialists who have permission to carry
out work on the installation of electrical equipment, in compliance with
safety requirements. In case of violation of the instructions for installing
and operating the water heater, the device is not subject to warranty service,
and the manufacturer is not responsible.
Connecting to the water main
The water heater is connected directly to the cold water supply network with an operating pressure of 0.03 MPa to 0.6 MPa. If the water pressure in the water supply network is more than 0.6 MPa, install a pressure reducing valve (pressure reducer) in the supply system so that the operating pressure does not exceed 0.6 MPa. Before connecting the water heater, flush the cold water supply pipe with running water. If the hardness of the water in the water main is more than 450 mg / l (CaCO3), it is recommended to use a separate water filter before the water enters the water heater to increase the service life of the heating element. Connect the cold water supply pipe to the cold water inlet marked in blue. Between the pipe and the nozzle, install a rubber gasket with a filter mesh, from the supplied kit. The branch pipe has an external thread with a diameter of 12 mm (G1/2”). Connect the accessories from the supplied kit to the hot water outlet marked in red. The new hoses supplied with the instrument must be used; old hoses must not be reused.
ATTENTION!
The hot water outlet must not be connected to taps or fittings other than
those specified in this user manual.
ATTENTION!
A valve that shuts off the cold water supply must be installed before it
enters the water heater. It is forbidden to install a shut-off valve at the
outlet of heated water from the water heater. The water outlet must always
remain open.
Make sure the water heater is working by running water through it. Check the
tightness of all connections and, if necessary, tighten
them.
Electrical connection
The water heater is connected to the AC mains with a voltage of 220-240V~ by a three-core copper electric cable with a minimum cross-section of the core and a circuit breaker in the power board according to the table below:
- It is forbidden to use the electrical plug and socket when connecting the water heater to the electrical network, except for the T-WI3-P10 series.
- The water heater must be permanently connected to a 220-240V~, alternating current power supply with a mandatory connection to a grounding electrical circuit. Make sure the ground loop resistance is < 4 ohms.
- The electrical cable is inserted into the water heater through the rear wall of the device and connected to the connecting block, according to the marking on the rear panel of the device, where ” ” is the ground wire, “L” is the phase wire, “N” is the neutral wire. To enter the electrical cable and connect it, it is necessary to remove the front panel of the device by unscrewing the fixing screws in its lower part. After connecting the electrical cable to the connection block, make sure that all clamping screws of the block are tightened securely. Fasten the cable inside the heater using the clamping plate, replace the front panel and tighten the fixing screws at the top and bottom of the device. for connection to the electrical network, this series of water heater is completed with a power cord and a plug, 1.5 m long and with a copper conductor cross section of 3×1.5 mm2.3

Water heater operation
- At the first start-up or after a long period of non-use of the water heater, fill it with water by opening the cold water shut-off valve and making sure that cold water flows steadily at the water outlet at the point of consumption, then turn on the power supply to the appliance. To turn on the heating, set the turn-on knob to position “1”, if there is sufficient flow and water pressure of at least 0.03 MPa, the water heater will start heating the water.
- The incoming water is heated inside the heating bulb as it flows through the heating element. The water temperature in the water supply network can fluctuate during the year from +3°С to +20°С, therefore, to obtain the optimal water temperature in winter, the flow should be made smaller than in summer. The flow of water is controlled by a tap at the water inlet to the water heater.

ATTENTION!
It is forbidden to install a shut-off valve, a mixer and / or shut off the
water supply at the outlet of the water heater.
WARNING!
Do not turn on if there is a possibility of water freezing in the heater After
turning on the heating, you must wait 10–20 seconds for the temperature of the
heated water to stabilize. To adjust the hot water temperature, use the tap on
the inlet (cold water inlet). By reducing the flow of water, you increase the
temperature of the water at the outlet and, accordingly, vice versa. Also for
water heaters of the T-WI6-P10 series, in order to change the water
temperature, set the on / power adjustment knob to the low power position “1”,
to the medium power position “2”, or the maximum power “3”. To turn off the
water heater, set the on/power adjustment knob to the “ ” position, close the
cold water supply valve at the inlet and turn off the power supply to the
water heater.
MAINTENANCE
- In the process of using the water heater, scale may appear in the holes of the shower sprayer or faucet. This reduces the heating efficiency, impairs water splashing and increases the water pressure in the heating bulb.
- To prevent this, it is necessary to periodically clean the sprayer using household chemicals and soft brushes. Do not use abrasive cleaners or chemicals that are not designed for this purpose.
- Before cleaning the external surfaces of the water heater, disconnect the appliance from the mains and allow it to cool completely. Clean the outer surface of the instrument housing with a slightly damp, soft cloth, and then wipe dry. Do not use abrasive cleaners for cleaning. If the water supply rate from the water heater has decreased, it is necessary to clean the coarse filter (rubber gasket with a mesh filter) installed at the cold water inlet to the water heater.
- To do this, disconnect the appliance from the mains and let it cool down completely, turn off the cold water supply, unscrew the cold water pipe from the water heater, remove the rubber gasket with the filter mesh and rinse it under running water. Restore the connecting eyeliner in reverse order.
