Strangulation Hazard
Children have STRANGLED with cords. Always use protective covering when used
within 3 feet of the crib. Check before each use to ensure that the cord is
not exposed to your child. Immediately discontinue use if the protective
covering is damaged or broken. Do not remove warning tags from cords or
protective coverings.
