APPOINTMENT OF THE DEVICE

An electric fan heater is intended for heating and ventilating spaces of the room, for drying the air, walls and surfaces in the room.

Electric fan heaters are the best solution when carrying out construction work, for heating warehouses and hangars, workshops and services, and also for heating rooms and creating comfortable temperature during cold seasons.

The device is convenient to use and easy to install, economical to use due to minimal energy losses, increased heat dissipation and efficient distribution of air flow. Depending on the power, the device can be used in domestic, industrial, warehouse and service premises.

The main advantage of the electric fan heater is that it is able to create a directed large warm airflow, providing fast and efficient heating of large areas.

The electric fan heater has a sturdy external metal housing protected against corrosion. Air is heated in the inner casing, when passing through the heating elements, using a low-noise electric motor with a metal impeller, which takes air through the holes in the air intake grille and blows it through the holes in the air outlet. Additionally, the device is equipped with a temperature limiter, which turns off the heating elements in case of overheating. The device has a convenient handle for moving.

OPERATION OF THE DEVICE

Control panel

Control panel

*The appearance of the control panel may differ from the images in the manual

  1. Operating mode selection knob Used to select the following operating modes: ventilation mode , low heating pow er , high heating power ****
  2. Thermostat knob Used to set the room heating temperature

Operation of the fan heater Turning on
Make sure that the operating mode selection knob is set to position, then connect the device to the power source and set the operating mode selection knob to position, the electric motor of the device will turn on and the device will start operating in ventilation mode.

Heating power selection

Set the operating mode selection knob to position to select low heating power mode.

Set the operating mode selection knob to position to select high heating power mode.

Temperature setting
The room temperature can be set in the range from 0 to +40 °C.

In heating mode, turn the thermostat knob fully clockwise, if the room temperature is lower than the set temperature, the heating elements will turn on. When the room temperature reaches the desired level, turn the thermostat knob counterclockwise until the heating elements turn off.

Now the thermostat will maintain the set temperature automatically, by turning on and off the heating elements, the motor will work.

In an exceptionally cold weather, the appliance may not be able to fully heat the room. In this case, set the thermostat to a level slightly higher than desired.

Overheating protection

The heat gun is equipped with a device for switching off the heating elements and the device in case of overheating of the housing.

Overheating of the housing can occur from the following reasons:

  • the entrance and exit safety grilles are covered with foreign objects or heavily soiled;
  • the heat output of the device exceeds the heat loss of the room in which it operates;
  • the electric motor is faulty.

ATTENTION!
Frequent triggering of the emergency shutdown device is not normal mode of operation of the device. In this case make sure that the device is really defective and contact an authorized service center.

Turning off

urn the thermostat knob fully counterclockwise and let the device run in ventilation mode for 3 minutes to cool the heating elements, then set the operating mode selection knob to position.

the position , the device must be connected to the mains. The device is equipped with an automatic temperature limiter for cooling the heating elements and. If the device is connected to the mains, this limiter will automatically cool the heating elements of the device to 30°С. After turn off the device, wait for about 15 minutes and disconnect the device from the mains.

ATTENTION!
In order to increase the life time of the device, it is recommended to follow the above mentioned instructions for turning off the device. Turning off the device without cooling the heating elements first can cause overheating and premature failure of the heating elements.

MAINTANANCE

The electric fan heater does not require any consumables for maintenance. In normal use, it does not require maintenance, but only dusting the fan grilles and monitoring performance. The serviceability of the device is determined by external inspection, then by turning on and checking the heating of the air flow.

When cleaning the device, do not use abrasive cleaners, as well as products containing alcohol and solvent.

This may damage the coating of the body or the body itself. Use a piece of cloth dampened with water. If the contamination is heavy, you can use a cloth soaked in soapy water. Before use, the device must be dry

WARNING:
Before cleaning the device, it must be turned off and disconnected from the power supply.
