USING THE CONTROL PANEL

Plug the end of the control panel cable into the input port in the desk.

Reset
If you are using the control panel for the first time or if you have not used it for a long time, we recommend that you reset the system before using it again.

  1. Disconnect the control panel cable end from the input port. Plug it back in after 10 seconds.

  2. Press and hold the down. It is important that you hold the button down throughout the control panel reset. The desk will slide to the lowest possible height and after 5 seconds the display will show
    ”rSt”. Then the desk goes down to the really lowest position, and then rises a little.

  3. An alert sounds and the reset process is success-fully completed.

Setting the height of the desk
The up/down buttons are used to change the height of the desk.

  1. The display shows the actual height of the desk both during the adjustment and in rest state.
  2. Press and hold the up/down button to raise/lower the desk to the required height smoothly.
  3. Press briefly the up/down button to raise/lower the desk by 3 mm.
  4. The desk movement will automatically stop once you reach the maximum or minimum height.
    Note: Charging is paused while you adjust the desk’s height. Once the height adjustment is complete, the charging process will automatically resume.

Presets

  1. Set the desired desk height. Press the M button and the display shows “S-”. Then press the button 1 or 2 and the display shows “S-1”/”S-2”. This indicates that the desk’s height is saved to the selected preset. Wait 5 seconds for the data to be saved. The display shows the current height of the desk.
  2. Press the button 1 or 2 and the desk’s height automatically adjusts to the saved height. The display will show the height of the desk. Press any button to stop the movement of the desk.

Control panel lock

  1. If you want to prevent an accidental adjustment change, press the M button for 3 seconds to lock the control panel. The display shows: “—”.
  2. Press the M button for 3 seconds to unlock the control panel. The display shows the current height of the desk.

Power save mode
If you do not press any button for 10 minutes, the control panel will go into power saving mode. The display goes off.
Press any button to cancel the power saving mode, the display will show the current height of the desk or “—” if the control panel lock is activated.

Backlight

  1. While you are adjusting the height of the desk, the backlight of the control panel is white and creates a rotating effect.
  2. When the control panel detects an error, the back-light is red and creates a warning notice effect.
  3. The backlight of the panel and the backlight effect can be adjusted.
  4. Press the backlight control button for 2 seconds to turn on/off the backlight control.
  5. Press briefly the backlight control button to change the current mode to the next one.
  6. Press in the same time the backlight control button and button 1 and you enter into the backlight colour setting mode. The display shows “L-1”. Use the up/down buttons to select the required backlight colour. Wait 5 seconds for the selected colour to be saved. The display shows the current height of the desk.
  7. The speed of the rotating effect can only be set for a non-static effect. Press in the same time the back-light control button and button2 and you enter into the speed setting mode. The display shows “L-2”. Use the up/down buttons to set the required speed. Wait 5 seconds for the selected speed to be saved. The display shows the current height of the desk.

Procedure to change settings

  1. To enter the Settings, press in the same time the M button and backlight control button for 5 sec-onds until the display shows “S-1”.
  2. Use the up/down buttons to select the required setting (S-1 up to S-7).
  3. Press 1 to confirm the entry into setting.
  4. Use up/down buttons to adjust the value of the setting.
  5. Press 1 to save the adjusted value, press 2 to exit the setting without saving it.
  6. If you do not take any action within 6 seconds, the control panel will exit the settings adjustment.

TROUBLESHOOTING

The table shows the messages that may appear on the control panel display and their solutions. If the message per-sists, contact support.

Message Description Solution
The automatic control panel lock is active. Hold the M button for 3

seconds.
rSt| The system requires a reset.| Reset.
E1/E7| Faulty power adapter.| Unplug the desk from the power source and then plug it back in.
E2/E8| Different leg heights| Reset.
E5| The system detected a collision.| Remove all objects impeding movement.
E6/E12/E22| The system has diagnosed an unspecified electronic error.| Unplug the desk from the power source and then plug it back in. If the problem persists, have the control box replaced.
HOT| System overheating.

The desk has been in use for more than 2 minutes in the last 18 minutes.

| Allow the system to cool. Do not change the desk height for about 18 minutes.
E11/E21| Motor connection error| Check the connection.
E13/E23| Defective motor cable| Check connections or replace cables.
E14/E24| Faulty/disconnected power cables| Check connections or replace cables.
E15/E25| Short-circuit| Replace motor.
E16/E26| The desk top is too laden and the motor does not manage the weight of the top.| Remove items from the desk top and try again.

Always remove all heavy objects from the desk before adjusting the height.

E17/E27| The desk top is moving in the wrong direction.| Check connections or replace cables.
E18/E28| Desk overload| Remove items from the desk top and try again.

Always remove all heavy objects from the desk before adjusting the height.

E42| Memory error| Replace the control box.
E43| Anti-collision sensors error| Replace the control box.

CLEANING
Disconnect the control panel cable end from the input port before cleaning. Use only a dry, clean cloth for cleaning.
