ASSEMBLING THE WHEELS
Turn the radiator upside down on a safe and stable surface to avoid damaging
the paint finish or the floor covering.
Place the wheeled feet on the radiator, placing the screws in a U shape
between the most external elements on each end of the radiator.
Firmly tighten the wheeled feet on the radiator, screwing the washers onto the
screws.
Note: only for model 2357FL (7 elements), adjust the front set of wheels
on the lower part of the front panel with two screws, the other wheels are
similar to those described above.
WARNING: only operate the appliance in the normal, vertical position,
with the feet with the caster wheels mounted to the lower part (wheels on the
lower part, controls on the upper part), any other position can create a
dangerous situation.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Turning on and adjusting the radiator
Place the radiator in an upright position on a horizontal, stable, heat-
resistant surface.
Make sure that there are no flammable products within a radius of at least one
meter. Using the radiator in any other position can cause danger.
Turn the thermostat regulator anticlockwise to the MIN position and the power
selector to the 0 positions.
Unwind the power cord and connect the radiator to the mains.
Turn the power selector to the desired position according to the heat
required:
- Low heat
- Medium heat
- High heat
Turn the thermostat regulator clockwise until it stops (MAX); the indicator
light turns on.
When the room temperature has risen to a comfortable level, slowly turn the
thermostat regulator anti-clockwise until the indicator light goes out.
To adjust the room temperature, turn the thermostat regulator clockwise to
increase the temperature or anti-clockwise to decrease it. Thus, the radiator
will try to maintain the ambient temperature at the desired level.
Turning off the radiator
To turn off the radiator, turn the thermostat control knob counterclockwise to
the MIN position and the power level selector to the 0 positions. The lighted
indicator will turn off.
Unplug the radiator from the power supply and let it cool.
NOTE: The lighted indicator will remain on only if the temperature is
lower than the one established on the thermostat and means that the radiator
is heating the room.
Tip-over protection
This radiator is protected with a safety switch that will automatically turn off the appliance when it falls over or is placed at an excessively horizontal angle. This helps prevent accidents. The radiator will resume operation when returned to a vertical position.
Overheating protection
This radiator is equipped with overheating protection that will automatically
turn off the appliance in the event of severe overheating.
If this should occur, unplug the appliance, wait for around 30 minutes until
it cools and remove any possible cause of overheating, such as something
covering the radiator. Check for any damage to the appliance, power cord, and
plug. If there are no damages, plug it in again and turn it on as described
above. If the radiator still does not turn on, contact a technical assistance
service.
