Thank you for purchasing the Jobsite Wireless Earphones. These earphones allow the user to listen to audio wirelessly from up to 33 feet from a paired phone or tablet.
Make sure the earphones are fully charged before using them for the first time. See
“Charging Procedure” for instructions.

Safety Warnings
WARNING: This manual contains important safety and operating instructions for this Jobsite Wireless Earphones. Before using the Jobsite Wireless Earphones, read this manual and all labels on the Jobsite Wireless Earphones.

  • Before using the Jobsite Wireless Earphones, read all instructions and cautionary markings on the Jobsite Wireless Earphones.

  • Shock hazard. Do not allow any liquid to get inside the Jobsite Wireless Earphones. Electric shock may result.

  • The Jobsite Wireless Earphones are rated IP56 . They have been tested against limited dust ingress and to withstand powerful water jets for up to 1 minute

  • When operating the Jobsite Wireless Earphones outdoors, always provide a dry location.

  • Do not operate the Jobsite Wireless Earphones if it has received a sharp blow, been dropped or otherwise damaged in anyway.

  • Do not disassemble the Jobsite Wireless Earphones, there are no user serviceable parts.

  • Important Safety Instructions for All Rechargeable Batteries

  • The battery is not fully charged out of the carton. Before using the earphones, read the safety instructions below and then follow the charging procedures outlined.
    READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS

  • Do not incinerate the battery module even if it is severely damaged or is completely wom out. The battery can explode in a fire. Toxic fumes and materials are created when lithium batteries are bumed

  • If battery contents come into contact with the skin, immediately wash area with mild soap and water.
    If battery liquid gets into the eye, rinse water over the open eye for 15 minutes or until irritation ceases. If medical attention is needed, the battery electrolyte is composed of a mixture of liquid organic carbonates and lithium salts.

  • Contents of opened battery cells may cause respiratory irritation. Provide fresh air.
    If symptoms persist, seek medical attention.

  • Do not charge or use the battery in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable liquids, gases or dust.

  • DO NOT modify the battery in any way to fit a non-compatible charger as the battery may rupture causing serious personal injury.

  • DO NOT splash or immerse in water or other liquids.

  • Do not store or use the earphones in locations where the temperature may reach or exceed 105° F (40″ CJ (such as outside sheds or metal buildings in summer). For best life, store earphones in a cool, dry location.

  • The Jobsite Wireless Earphones should not be disposed of as municipal solid waste. To recycle it, contact your local hazardous waste processor or contact Call 2 Recycleffll on their website, call2recycle.org, or by phone at 877-273-2925 to find the nearest drop-off location for lfthiumpolymer batteries

  • WARNING: Bum hazard. Battery liquid may be flammable if exposed to spafl( or flame.

  • WARNING: Rre hazard. Never attempt to open the battery pack for any reason. If the battery pack is cracked or damaged, do not insert the charging cable. Do not crush, drop or damage the battery. Do not use the earphones if they have received a sharp blow, been dropped, n;n over or damaged In any way (e.g. pierced with a nail, hft with a hammer, stepped on). Damaged batteries should be returned to a service center for recycling.

Charging Procedure

  1. Charge the wireless earphones by connecting a Type C power-in cable to the earphones’ charging port.
  2. Plug the USB connector into a USB port on any computer or USB power adapter.
  3. When charging, a red light on the controller will illuminate. Once the light turns blue, the earphones are fully charged.
  4. When the battery is empty, it will take up to two hours to fully charge them.
    Caution: Always replace port cover after charging.

Important Charging Notes

  1. Longest life and best performance can be obtained if a device is charged when the air temperature is between 65°F and 75°F (18° – 24 °C). DO NOT charge a device in an air temperature below +40°F (+4.5°C), or above + 105°F (+40.5°C). This is important and will prevent serious damage to the device.
  2. The earphones may become warm to the touch while charging. This is a normal condition, and does not indicate a problem. To facilitate the cooling of the earphones after use, avoid placing the earphones in a warm environment such as in a metal shed or an uninsulated trailer.
  3. If the earphones do not charge properly:
    • a. Check operation of the receptacle by plugging in a lamp or other appliance.
    • b. Check to see if the receptacle is connected to a light switch which turns the power off when you turn out the lights.
    • Move the earphones to a location where the surrounding air temperature is approximately 65°F – 75°F (18° – 24°C).
  4. Do not freeze or immerse the earphones in water or any other liquid.
    WARNING: Shock hazard. Don’t allow any liquid to get inside the earphones. Electric shock may result.
    WARNING: Bum hazard. Do not submerge the earphones in any liquid or allow any liquid to enter the earphones. Never attempt to open the earphones for any reason. If the plastic housing of the earphones breaks or cracks, return it to a service center for recycling.

Controller Functions

  • On/Off: Press and hold the I. key to turn on/off.

  • Pause: Press the 1. key to pause playback, and press the key again to resume playback.

  • Volume increase: Tap the + key; Volume reduction: Tap the – key.
    Note that pressing and holding down the – key instead of tapping it will result in starting the current song or audio file from the beginning.
    Pressing and holding down the + key will result in advancing from one song or audio file to the next.

  • Advance: Press and hold the + key to move forward to the next track.

  • Return: Press and hold the – key for go back to the previous track.

  • Answer/Hang up: Press the I. key once Reject incoming call: Press and hold the key for 2 seconds

Pairing Procedure

  1. Place the earphones within one meter of your phone or tablet during pairing.
  2. Power-on the earphones by pressing and holding the I. key on the earphone controller until you see the indicator light alternately flash blue and red. Voice prompts will indicate pairing mode is enabled.
  3. Enable the Bluetooth function of your phone or tablet, search the Bluetooth devices and select “DEWALT 9935” for pairing and connection.
  4. After the earphones are successfully paired to your phone or tablet, the blue light on the earphones will blink slowly. Voice prompts will confirm pairing is successful. The pairing mode will be maintained for three minutes. If pairing and connection are unsuccessful for three minutes, the headset will automatically switch to standby mode. The headset will automatically power off after ten minutes.
  5. After pairing is completed, the earphones and your phone or tablet will recognize each other without pairing again.
  6. To remove the pairing connection, enter the Bluetooth settings of your phone or tablet. Select “DEWALT 9935” and select the “Forget” option. Note that the Jobsite Wireless Earphones can pak to a max. of 2 devices. If you experience difficulty pairing a new device, remove a pairing connection from an existing device.

Storage Recommendations

  1. The best storage place is one that is cool and dry, away from direct sunlight and excess heat or cold.
  2. For long storage, it is recommended to store the earphones in a cool dry place for optimal results.
