WARNING

• Failure to follow these warnings and the instructions  could result in serious injury or death. This product including side rails, must be fully erected prior to use. Make sure latches are secure.
• NEVER place product near a window where cords broom blinds or drapes can strangely a child.
• NEVER add such items to confine child in product. Child can become entrapped and die when improvised netting or covers are placed on top of product.
• NEVER leave child in product with sides lowered. Be sure sides are in raised and locked position whenever child is in product.
• NEVER leave changing table in place when child is in playard.
• NEVER use this product if there are any loose or missing fasteners, loose joints, broken parts or torn mesh/fabric, Check before assembly and periodically during use.
• ALWAYS provide the supervision necessary for the continued safety of your child. When used for playing, NEVER leave child unattended. Child in crib must be under supervision at all times.
• ALWAYS ensure that the playard, changing table( If the item contains changing table),is safety by checking regularly ,before placing the child, check that every part is properly secured in place.
• Suitable weights for child to use playpen and crib will be from newborn to 30KGS
• When child is able to pull to standing postion, remove bummer pads, large toys and other objects that could serve as steps for climbing out
• This product is not intended for commercial use

SUFFOCATION HAZARD
INFANTS HAVE SUFFOCATED

• In gaps between a mattress too small or too thick and products sides
• On soft bedding
  • NEVER add a mattress, pillow, comforter, or padding
  • NEVER use plastic shipping bags or other plastic film as mattress covers not sold and intended for that purpose. They can cause suffocation.
  • Use only the mattress provided by manufacturer

HOW TO FOLD

• Take off all tubes / mattress / changing table etc, only leave the bed body for folding

• Lift the ring up at the bottom of the bed

• Hold the folding switch in middle of the handrail, press down & fold two long sides down to shape ”V”; press down & fold two short sides down to shape ”V”

• Have all 4 foots inside together

When the folding bed is presented ,do not press the bed body hard. Because long side handrail is not pressed completely, you need to fold again to press long side armrest bottom , until its flank is at right angle

WARNING

• The playard mattress/pad is specially designed to prevent suffocation. Using a thicker or different sized mattress/pad may allow a child’s head to get between mattress/pad and the side of the playard causing suffocation.
• To reduce the risk of SIDS, pediatricians recommend healthy infants be placed on their back to sleep, unless otherwise advised by your physician .
• ALWAYS place child on back to sleep.
• NEVER use a water mattress with this product.

WARNING:SUFFOCATION HAZARD:

• NEVER LEAVE INFANT IN PRODUCT WITH SIDES DOWN Infant may roll into space between pad and loose mesh side causing suffocation.
• NEVER place items with a string around a child’s neck such as hood strings or pacifier cords. String can cause strangulation!
• NEVER suspend strings over product or attach strings to toys.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS: Use only household mild soap and warm water

Unzip the carry bag & unfold the mattress,
Check if all parts included like below. If its short of anything, please contact with distributor

HOW TO ASSEMBLE CHANGING TABLE

Find out parts needed to assemble changing table

• Short-side Bracket Short-side Bracket

• Long-side Tubes

• Back View when finish

1. Insert short-side bracket into fabric tubes

2. Have holes outside when insert long-side tubes into fabric tubes

3. Press & connect short-side bracket & long-side tubes

4. Press down & connect bed’s two long sides

WARNING

•  4 plastic bracket must connect tightly with bed sides, and cant leave changing table any leans down to one side
•  Please read warning words sewed on side of changing table
• Please keep baby away from the bed when assemble or disassemble the bed
• Do not use mattress other than the one supplied by the manufacturer or distributor. Incorrect mattress may cause DEATH or SUFFOCATION

BEFORE FOLD & UNFOLD PLS KNOW

• When the opening bed is presented FIG. 1, it is caused that you don’t pull up two long sides or two short sides enough and locked well.

• You need to pull up belt at bottom like FIG.2 and repeat above 3&4.

HOW TO OPEN THE BED

1. Pull up the zipper & take out all  From carry bag

2. Expand 4 foots out

3. Pull up two short sides, and then pull Up two long sides
   

4. Press down from middle places
   

5. Connect 6 tubes

6. Put mattress on second layer
