that are inappropriately situated on dressers, shelves, desks, carts, and so
forth may fall over and cause injury. Don’t allow children to climb on or play
with the television and its surroundings. Don’t place the TV on furniture that
can used as steps, such as a chest of drawers. Remember that children can
become excited while watching a program, especially on a larger than life°
flat-panel display. Place or install the TV where it cannot be pushed, pulled,
or knocked down. Route all cords and cables connected to the flat-panel
display so that they cannot be pulled or grabbed by curious children. The
warranty does not cover product failure due to improper installation. The unit
and its acces-sories should not be adjusted or repaired by anyone except
qualified service personnel.
PROPER DISPOSAL
This marking indicates that this product should not be disposed of with other
house-hold waste. To prevent possible harm to the environment or human health
from uncon-trolled waste disposal, it should be disposed of at the disposal
center recommended by your municipality.

THREE-PRONGED (GROUNDING) PLUG This unit must be used with a properly
installed and grounded 100-240 volt 60 Hz, 20 amp AC outlet. In the event of
an electrical short circuit, grounding reduces the risk of electric shock by
pro-viding an escape wire for the electric current. This unit is equipped with
a grounding-wire cord with a third, round grounding plug. Consult a qualified
electrician or serviceman if the grounding instructions are not completely
understood or if doubt exists as to whether the unit is properly grounded. If

- This unit should only be serviced by qualified service technicians. Contact technical support for information regarding your closest authorized service center for further examination, repair, or adjustment to your unit.
- Do not immerse the cord or plug in water. Keep the cord away from hot surfaces. Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table or stand. Do not operate this unit if the cord or plug is damaged or is not working correctly.

Read the owner’s manual of the other equipment carefully and follow the instructions when making any connections.

- Lastly, this reminder is provided to call the cable N system installer’s attention to Article 820-40 of the NEC that provides guidelines for proper grounding and, in par-ticular, specifies that the cable ground shall be connected to the grounding system of the building, as close to the point of cable entry as practical.
WHAT’S IN THE BOX?
You should have received the following in the box along with this manual:

INSTALLING THE BATTERIES To use the remote, you must first install the batter-
ies. Ensure they are inserted facing the correct di-rection, matching the +
and – symbols in the battery compartment of the remote.
NOTE: Do not mix old and new batteries and Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable (ni-cad,ni-mh, etc.) batteries.
INSTALLING YOUR TELEVISION
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

Have a second person help you unpack the TV. Open the box and remove the TV, along with its accessories. Place the TV facedown on a soft, stable surface that can bear its weight.

Carefully place the provided stands/feet into the bottom of the TV. The feet will either snap into place, or some models will require screws to secure the stand/feet. If there are screws provided, insert and tighten the 4 screws found in the accessory bag (BA 4 *18mm). Make sip the feet are secure so that the Ty has a solid stand.

Carefully place the TV on a secure stand/shelf.
WARNING: To avoid danger, please do not install the TV near water or extreme heat (such as a furnace, light source, or candle). Do not block the ventilation on the back of the TV. When placing it on a shelf, 10 cm (4 inches) of free space must be available around the en-tire unit. -
Connect all cables to the TV that you will be using, such as HDMI, cable TV, antenna or other cables.

Plug the TV into the wall power outlet (AC 100-240V- 50/60Hz). 6. Turn on the TV. While in standby mode, the power indicator light will be red. Press the power button on the TV or on the remote control to turn on the TV.
Mounting the TV to a wall
To avoid personal injury or damage to your personal property (including this
television) professional installation is recommended when mounting this unit
to a wall. There are mount-ing holes on the back of the N for which a mounting
bracket can be fashioned. The bracket must accommodate the size and weight of
this unit The wall and stud must also adequately support the TV.

Note: Depending on the country in which this television is used, some apps may not be available.
GETTING STARTED
Initial Setup
When first turning on the TV and setting it up, you’ll be presented with menus
to configure ba-sic settings on the television, for example:
Press to select the language. Press OK to continue. Press to select the input source you’d like to begin
with. Press OK to continue.
Press OK to skip digital or analog channel tuning, or let the automatic tuning phase proceed by itself.
NAVIGATING THE TV MENU
Home Page
Press to enter the Home Page. Use the arrow buttons and OK button to select
from the available apps, or so select an input at the bottom of the screen.
Settings Menu
This is where things like Picture, Sounds, and WIFI are set up.
Press the button on the remote (found by the arrow keys) to enter the system
settings menu. Use the buttons to select one of the submenus on the left
(Picture / Sound / Setting/ Lock/ Program / Network/About). Press to continue
to that submenu. You can then use the A/• buttons to select a setting and to
change the value of that setting. Press ra to go back and change to a
different submenu.
Software Updates
In the About section of the settings menu discussed in the prior section, you
can up-date the TV’s software either over the Internet or via a USB stick (if
available).
Note: If you start an update, do not switch off your TV until the upgrade
has completed!
USING USB MEDIA
When you insert a USB flash drive, the TV will acknowledge it. You can select the drive and press OK.

TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS
PROBLEM | POSSIBLE CAUSE |
---|---|
No Power | Check to see if the AC cord of the television is properly plugged |
into the outlet. If there is still no power, remove the AC cord and replug it
after 60 seconds. Attempt to power on the TV again. Ensure the same outlet
works with other electronics.
The signal from the antenna is not clear| A double image or ghost could be
caused by obstructions of the external antenna. Consult the antenna
instruction manual to change the direction of the external antenna. Use of a
taller antenna can improve the quality of the images.
No Picture| Make sure that power to the TV is on and the proper input is
select-ed and that the cables are securely connected. Make sure your video
source (Antenna, DVD, Cable Box) is on and working.
Poor sound or no sound| Adjust the contrast and/or brightness of the TV.
Try to select other channels to be sure the issue is not with the channel.
Check to be sure the antenna or cables are connected properly.
Poorolor color or no| Adjust the contrast and/or brightness of the TV.

Horizontal or diago – nal lines on screen| If using an antenna, check to be
sure the antenna at the back of the unit is connected properly. Make sure the
video connection is secure and no inearby units (vacuum, hairdryer) are being
used.
The screen is too dark or too light| Adjust the contrast ratio or brightness
from the TV’s picture menu.
Picture is very dim| Make sure that the “Power Saving” picture mode is not
selected in the Picture menu.
Volume jumps when the source or chan- nel is changed.| This is normal when
switching between different broadcast sources. To help minimize this, you can
turn on “Auto Volume Limit” in the sound menu to automatically level the
volume.
Picture is stretched or seems to cut off.| Try a different picture mode in the
picture section of the settings menu
Some channels are blocked| Check the TV’s menu to make sure that channels have
not been set as locked.
TV does not respond to the remote| Point the remote directly to the sensor on
the TV. Make sure the remote has fresh batteries.
TV menu does not respond, or some apps are having is sues which used to work.|
Make sure there isn’t an internet connection issue (check the Network section
of the TV’s Settings menu). If the Internet connection is good, go to the
About section of the Settings menu and check for a software update for the TV.

ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY (US)
Impecca • warrants this product against defects in material and
workmanship to the original purchaser as specified below . Please register
your product online within fourteen (14) days of purchase.
PARTS – If the product Is determined to have a manufacturing defect, within a
period of one (1) year from the date of the original purchase, Impecca 0 will
repair or replace the product parts at no charge (for parts) to consumers in
the U.S.A. and Canada.
LABOR – if the product is determined to have a manufacturing defect, within a
period of ninety (90) Days from the date of the original purchase, Impecca 0
will rep air or replace the product at no charge to consumers in the U.SA. and
Canada. After ninety (90) days, it will be the responsibility of the consumer.
Shipping costs to and from our warranty service center are the sole
responsibility of the consumer.
To obtain warranty service by an autho rized Impecca service center, please
email us at: service@impecca.com to obtain a
Repair and Maintenance Authorization (RMA) number and to locate the Warranty
Service Center nearest you. Once authorized, you must mail the product to the
authorized Impecca ° service center in its original product packaging
materials or equivalent, to prevent damage while in transit.
Further, should Impecca e determine that the product is outside of the
Warranty terms , Impecca 0 will return the product to sender at sender’s
expense without being repaired or replaced, unless authorized by the consumer
to service the out-o f-warranty product at consumer’s expense. All handling or
restocking charges for returns and/or replacements shall be non-refundable.
Impecca ° specifically excludes from this warranty any non-electric/mechanical
attachments, accessories, and disposable parts including, but not limited to,
outside case, connecting cables, batteries, and AC adapters. Impecca °
reserves the right to repair or replace defective products with the same,
equivalent, or newer models.
We reserve the right to either repair or replace product at our discretion.
Replacement may be either new or refurbished and while every endeavor will be
made to ensure it is the same model, if same model is not available, it will
be replaced with a model of equal or higher specification.

household purposes; has been cosmetically damaged; was not imported by Impecca
‘D; was not manufactured according to specification of the United States
market; was damaged due to improper installation or neglect by the consumer;
was damaged due to improper packaging in shipment to the Warranty Service
Center; was damaged due to natural disasters; or if the serial number for the
product has been removed or defaced.
ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO ONE (1) YEAR PARTS
