Philips headlight restoration kit

- Protect paint and trim areas surrounding the headlight lenses with masking tape (tape is not included in kit, must be purchased separately).
- Step 1: Select one of the towels and fold it in quarters. Thoroughly shake the water-based pretreatment before applying to the towel.
- Clean the entire lens with a circular motion. Make sure to keep some of the water-based pre-treatment for step 3.
- Step 2: Take the 1500 grit sandpaper, (Use 600 sandpaper first if lights have very extensive crazing and pits, then proceed with progressively higher grit sandpaper) dampen it with water, and begin sanding the entire surface of the lens in a vertical straight motion.
- To finish, take the 2000 grit sandpaper and repeat the previous step.
- Step 3: Select one of the towels and fold in quarters. Thoroughly shake the Cleaner/Polish before applying to the towel.
- Clean the entire lens with a circular motion.
- When the lens has achieved a highly polished appearance, select one of the towels and fold in quarters before applying the water-based pre-treatment.
- Swipe off all polish residue with the water-based pre-treatment in a circular motion.
- Step 4: Take a lint-free paper towel folded in quarters and saturate it with a shine restorer/preserver. Squeeze out excess.
- Apply it smoothly across the plastic surface, avoiding runs and bubbling. Multiple coats are recommended; allow at least 5 minutes of dry time between coats.

children. Wash hands/skin thoroughly after handling. Wear protective
gloves/eye protection/face protection. IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of soap
and water. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove
contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Specific
treatment. If skin irritation occurs: Get medical advice/attention. If eye
irritation persists: Get medical advice/attention. Take off contaminated
clothing and wash it before reuse.
Premium cleaner polish, 30 cl
Contains: distillates (petroleum), hydrotreated light May be fatal if
swallowed and enters the airways. Causes skin irritation. Causes skin
irritation. Harmful to aquatic life with long-lasting effects. Keep out of
reach of children. Wash hands/skin thoroughly after handling. Avoid release
into the environment. Wear protective gloves. IF SWALLOWED: Immediately call a
POISON CENTER or doctor/physician. IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of soap and
water. Specific treatment. Do NOT induce vomiting. If skin irritation occurs:
Get medical advice/attention. Take of contaminated clothing and
wash it before reuse. Store locked up. Dispose of contents/containers to
a hazardous or special waste collection point.
