Warning! Based on security and registration (CE) reasons, it is forbidden to modify the product personally. Do not disassemble the product.
Warning! Small parts. Danger of suffocation or risk of injury caused by small parts.
**** The product is not allowed to get moist or wet. The product is only allowed to be used on flat and clean surfaces. Even a drop down from a small height can cause damage to the product.

Battery Notice and Battery Disposal

Warning! Battery do not belong in childrens hands. A change of the battery has to be done by an adult person. Never mix chargable batteries with non-chargable batteries. Never mix fully charged batteries with almost emtpy batteries. Never mix batteries of different capacities. Never try to charge dry batteries. Take care of the correct polarity. Defective batteries belong to special waste. Never leave a charging battery unattended. For questions about the charging time please read the manual or ask the manufacturer.

Disposal

**** The company AMEWI is registered below the WEEE Reg. Nr. DE93834722 at the foundation EAR and recycles all used electronic parts properly. Electric and electronical products are not allowed to put in household garbage. Please dispose the product at the end of the lifetime accroding to the actual laws. You as a customer are responsible by law for the return of all used batteries, a disposal over the household garbage is forbidden !
Batteries containing hazardous substances are marked with the alongside symbols, which point to the prohibition of disposal in household garbage.
Additional notations for the critical heavy metal are: Cd=Cadmium, Hg=Quecksilver, Pb=lead (Label is placed on the batteries, for example below the bottom left trash symbols).
Based on RoHS labeling the manufacturer confirmes, that all limit values were taken care of at the time of manufacturing.
Batteries labeled with the recycling symbol can be put into used battery collecting tank. (Most supermarkets have) They are not allowed to be put into local household garbage.
AMEWI is involved in the dual system for boxing over the company Firma Landbell AG. All used boxes are collected from partner companies (waste disposal contractor) at private customers (local household), sorted and properly utilized. The Involvement in a Dual Systems helps to save CO2 Emissions.

INTRODUCTION

Thank you for purchasing our product. This vehicle is a remote-controlled car (r/c vehicle). This product is intended for children over 8 years of age. Children under 8 years of age should only operate this car under supervision by an adult. Please operate your vehicle on public streets or near crowd to avoid damages or accidents. We do not take any responsibility for damage and/or accidents that occur as the result of custom modification and/or incorrect operation.

REMOTE CONTROL

The car is equipped with an 2,4GHz radio system. Please read all instructions below before operating.

  1. AN/AUS Power ON/OFF
  2. Gas Trimmung Throttle trim
  3. Licht Light
  4. Lenk Trimmung Steering trim
  5. Lenkrad Steering wheel
  6. Lenkung Umschalter Steering reverse switch
  7. Gashebel Throttle trigger

Battery precautions:

  1. Do not mix new and old batteries.
  2. Use batteries of same brand
  3. Always remove batteries when not in use
  4. Do not insert batteries with incorrect polarity.

OPERATION

Note: Always remove the battery from the car when not in use.

1. Turn on the radio controller 2. Turn on the receiver on your car

Note: To operate the car, switch on the radio controller, and then the car. After operating, switch off the car, and then the radio controller.
3. Check steering performance
Ensure good steering performance.

To keep the car run straight in line. Do not move the control wheel.| Turn the wheel to the left to turn the vehicle to the left| Turn the wheel to the right to turn the vehicle to the right

3. Check trigger response

A. Pull the trigger back to accelerate, release it to decelerate and push it to brake.
B. To stop running the car, release the trigger to Neutral.
C. Pushing the trigger a second time activates the reverse feature.
3. Light

Press and hold the light control button on the remote control once, the light is on. Press again, the steering light is on. Press again, the light flashes.

3. The steering trim Gently pull the trigger to allow the car to run slowly. Meantime tune the steering trim to allow the front wheels to be aligned.

3. The throttle trim

Throttle trim is used to set the idle speed.
3. Steering reverse Steering reverse allows you to switch the direction of steering servo travel.

CHARGING BATTERIES FOR CAR

Note: remove battery from car to charge it.

First plug-in the charger to socket or USB-port, then connect the balance plug with charger.
USB-Chorger
The red light is always on, and the green light flashes slowly. Red light and green light will be always on together after being fully charged. Note: Charging time for Li-Ion 1500mAh battery is around four hours. We strongly recommend that you should remove the battery from car to charge it.

PRACTICE

Once you become conformable driving the vehicle, perform driving practice on the tracks as shown in the figure. Keep practising until you feel comfortable with the steering, throttle and brake at low speeds. Once you are feeling comfortable try operating an another track. When you have mastered the basics you will be able to drive at higher speeds in a more controlled fashion.

MAINTAIN

After running the car, the following procedure should be performed regularly and will help to maintain the car’s performance.

  • Inspect your car for any obvious damage
  • Check the gears for broken/slipping teeth
  • Check the wheels and tighten the wheel screws properly
  • Check for loosen screws in the chassis
  • Check the wiring for frayed or damaged wires or connectors
  • Check the battery
  • Clean the chassis
  • Remove the batteries from car and radio control when not in use

TROUBLESHOOTING

The vehicle does not work at all| Check if transmitter and car are on Replace batteries
Check car or electronic

Check the gears and pinion and spur gear are tightened clean all bushings and ball bearings
Throttle works, but not the steering| Check the servo, try centering it by hand check the whole steering system
