OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Before fixing or removing accessories, always pull the plug out of the
electrical socket!
Prior to using a new unit, wipe the surface with a wet cloth and wash the
removable accessories in warm water for hygienic reasons.

Whipping whisks and mixing hooks
The whipping whisks are designed to whip mousse, cream, and egg yolks, and
prepare toppings or thin batter for omelettes and pancakes. The mixing hooks
are designed for thicker batter, gingerbread or yeast dough, etc.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Turn off the unit and disconnect the power cord from the wall outlet before
cleaning and after use. Clean the appliance body with a wet cloth.
Do not use steel wool, abrasive agents or solvents to clean the unit.
Wash the whisks and hooks in tepid water with detergent and rinse in clean
water; you may use a dishwasher.
