Installation
Please install the Smart WIFI Camera on the wall.
- Stick the support base flat on the wall.
- Drive the screw into the wall against the hole position.
- Align the screw hole at the bottom of the camera with the bracket screw and tighten it clockwise.Adjust the bracket to the appropriate Angle.
Notes:
- The mounting wall should be able to withstand at least 3 times the total weight of the camera.
- The device must be securely fixed to the wall or ceiling as specified in the installation instructions to avoid injury.

Power On
Insert the power cable into the micro USB power interface on the back, the camera will start automatically and the infrared light will light up.
Factory Reset
If the network connected to the camera needs to be replaced or the camera needs to be rebound, insert the pin into the reset key hole, hold down 5 seconds to restore the camera to factory Settings, and then reconnect to the APP.
APP Installation
Smart WIFI Camera supports mobile phone connection with Android or iOS system. Please scan the QR code below with your mobile phone, download and install the LongPlus APP and complete the user registration according to the prompts.
Account Binding
- Please click “Add Device” in the APP or click the “+” in the upper right corner to add new device. Please scan the code of the camera abel according to the prompts. If the APP cannot recognize the code, please click “SN” in the upper right corner of the scanning interface to manually enter the SN serial number of the device.
- Please enter the WiFi’s name and password you want to connect to the camera. Before configuring WiFi, please keep in mind the following:
- Camera supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi,but does not support 5GHz Wi-Fi.
- Do not use special characters or symbols for WiFi names or passwords (@~!#$%&..)
- Please configure it near the WIFI’s router. When you’re done, click “Next” to generate a QR code for the paired camera.
- Please point the camera at the QR code of the mobile app at a distance of about 7 inches until the camera makes a “tick” sound. It indicates that the code has been successfully scanned and the pairing has begun.
- After waiting for a while, the camera will prompt that the connection is successful. And please set a name for the camera on the app and place the camera,click“Done”to complete pairing.
- Account Sharing You can view the camera with other family members or friends. Only the administrator user who binds to the camera for the first time can share and set up the camera, and other members can only use the camera’s view or playback features.
- Find the camera you want to share on the homepage or camera settings page, and click the sharing button and go to the sharing page.
- Click “Camera Sharing”, and a sharing QR code will be generated.
- Other members can find “Add Friends’ Cameras” in “Mine” page to enter the scan code page.
- Other members should scan the QR code on your mobile phone and you will receive a confirmation notification after success. Please click “agree” to complete the sharing.

To maintain compliance with FCC’s RF Exposure guidelines, this equipment should be installed and operated with minimum distance between 20cm the radiator your body: Use only the supplied antenna.
