Product Introduction

Packing List

Smart WIFI Camera, Power Adapter, Pwoer cord，Fittings, Positioning Sticker, Instruction Manual.

Installation

Please install the Smart WIFI Camera on the wall.

• Stick the positioning sticker on the wall.
• Drive the expansion bolt into the wall according to the hole position of the positioning sticker.
• Place one side of the base plane upwards, align the hole of the base with the hole of the wall, pass the screw through the hole of the base, and screw it into the expansion nut on the wall with a screwdriver.
• Align the bottom notch of the camera with the raised part of the base and snap it in place, turning clockwise until locked in place.

Notes:

• The mounting wall should be able to withstand at least 3 times the total weight of the camera.
• The device must be securely fixed to the wall or ceiling as specified in the installation instructions to avoid injury.

Sample:

Power On

Insert the power cable into the micro USB power interface on the back, the camera will start automatically and the infrared light will light up.

Factory Reset

If you need to change the network settings or rebind the camera, please press and hold the camera reset button for about 5 seconds to restore the camera to factory settings, and then reconnect the APP.

Notes: The contents of the Micro SD card will not be deleted.

APP Installation

Smart WIFI Camera supports mobile phone connection with Android or iOS system. Please scan the QR code below with your mobile phone, download and install the LongPlus APP and complete the user registration according to the prompts.

Account Binding

1. Please click “Add Device” in the APP or click the “+” in the upper right corner to add new device. Please scan the code of the camera abel according to the prompts. If the APP cannot recognize the code, please click “SN” in the upper right corner of the scanning interface to manually enter the SN serial number of the device.
2. Please enter the WiFi’s name and password you want to connect to the camera. Before configuring WiFi, please keep in mind the following:
   • Camera supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi，but does not support 5GHz Wi-Fi.
   • Do not use special characters or symbols for WiFi names or passwords (@~!#$%&..)
   • Please configure it near the WIFI’s router. When you’re done, click “Next” to generate a QR code for the paired camera.
3. Please point the camera at the QR code of the mobile app at a distance of about 7 inches until the camera makes a “tick” sound. It indicates that the code has been successfully scanned and the pairing has begun.
4.  After waiting for a while, the camera will prompt that the connection is successful. And please set a name for the camera on the app and place the camera，click“Done”to complete pairing.

Account Sharing

You can view the camera with other family members or friends. Only the administrator user who binds to the camera for the first time can share and set up the camera, and other members can only use the camera’s view or playback features.

1. Find the camera you want to share on the homepage or camera settings page, and click the sharing button and go to the sharing page.
2. Click “Camera Sharing”, and a sharing QR code will be generated.
3. Other members can find “Add Friends’ Cameras” in “Mine” page to enter the scan code page.
4. Other members should scan the QR code on your mobile phone and you will receive a confirmation notification after success. Please click “agree” to complete the sharing.

1. this device may not cause harmful interference.
2. This device must accept any interference received,including interference that may cause undesired operation.

Any changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.

NOTE: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications.However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception,which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:

• Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
• Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
• Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
• Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.

To maintain compliance with FCC’s RF Exposure guidelines, this equipment should be installed and operated with minimum distance between 20cm the radiator your body: Use only the supplied antenna.

Firmware Upgrade

When you connect the camera through the App, it will automatically detect whether new firmware is available for your camera and prompt for an upgrade when there is a firmware update version. You can also manually detect firmware upgrades in the APP settings.

Notes
The product is suitable for operating temperatures of -20° C-50°C, please do not use the product in too high or too low environments. Please ensure that the product is installed within the range of the WIFI signal, and placed in a better location for the WIFI signal as much as possible, and as far away from the metal as possible that may affect the signal.
