- Connect the 3.5mm headphone plug with the 3.5mm headphone jack of the audio device, or with the USB plug of your PC.
- Set the sound volume of the audio device to a comfortable level.

No sound via the headphone
- Make sure the headphone is properly connected with the audio device.
- Make sure the audio volume is not completely turned down.
