Follow the steps below to operate the PROfessional TECH (PTEC), QUIETIS,
and VERTUO PLUS models:
- Ensure the protection is turned ON.
- Ensure the heating is turned ON.
HPC and ZEN:
Follow the steps below to operate the HPC and ZEN models:
- Turn ON the Titanium anode.
- Turn ON the heating.
Connection:
For HC/HP connection:
- HC: Turn ON the Titanium anode.
- OK KO: Check the connection.
- HP: Turn ON the Titanium anode.
- OK: Check the connection.
- AUTO 0 J/N: Turn ON the Titanium anode and heating.
Troubleshooting:
If you experience any issues with the water heater, refer to the following
possible causes and solutions:
