TOOLS REQUIRED
PREPARATION
Leveling the cabinets is the most important part of installation, to ensure doors align properly and countertop sets evenly. Cabinets need to be level and square. Each cabinet features levelers at the corners that can be adjusted to acheive a perfectly level countertop. Turn levelers clockwise to raise the height of the cabinet, and counter-clockwise to reduce the height.
LEVELING YOUR CABINETS
Be sure to level your cabinets in all three directions:
- Front to Back
- Vertically
- Horizontally
Estimated Assembly Time : 40 minutes

Hardware Used -
Your cabinets include ports for running electrical or plumbing. Installation of either is required to be completed by licensed professionals. Each port has a cover that can be removed for access.
DOOR ALIGNMENT
Outsider Barbecues cabinets feature a 6-way adjustable hinge that will allow you to adjust and align all the doors after installation.
- The center screw face will adjust the door from side to side.
- The top and bottom screws allow adjustment up and down.
- The back screw face will adjust the door in and out.
Hinges can be removed from the hinge plate by simply pressing in the release button on the end of the hinge, and pulling away from the cabinet. They are re-attached by hooking the hinge to the plate and snapping the pressure release into place.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Store furniture and cabinets in an upright position. Be careful to never allow water to build up in frames as this will cause corrosion and freeze damage in cold climates. Wash all frames with a solution of mild soap and water. Rinse with clean water and dry with a soft absorbent cloth towel. Frames can be treated with a liquid wax for maximum protection against UV rays and/or salty, damp air. If your set includes cushions, they may be cleaned by hand with a solution of soap and water with a clean water rinse. (Never machine wash cushions as this will result in shrinkage or damage). After cleaning cushions tip on end and allow to drip dry. (Never use a commercial or home dryer to tumble dry fabric goods). Do not use bleach or solvents to clean any product! This will void the warranty.
General Cleaning
Plastic parts: Wash with warm soapy water and wipe dry. Do not use abrasive
cleaners, degreasers or a concentrated grill cleaner on plastic parts. Damage
to and failure of parts can result.
Painted surfaces: Wash with mild detergent or non-abrasive cleaner and warm
water. Wipe dry with a soft non-abrasive cloth.
Stainless steel surfaces: Stainless steel can rust under certain conditions.
This can be caused by environmental conditions such as chlorine or salt water,
or improper cleaning tools such as wire or steel wool. It can also discolor
due to heat, chemicals, or grease build-up. To maintain your modules high
quality appearance, wash with mild detergent and warm water, or use a
stainless steel grill cleaner. Use only in direction of brushed finish to
avoid damage. Do not use abrasive pad on areas with graphics.
