FAULT CODES

| This means there is a short somewhere. Take battery off and try with another direct drive pen to see if error persists. If battery works on a new machine, that means the original machine has an issue potentially with the motor. If the battery continues to display El, that means the battery will need to be replaced.
---|---
| This means overcurrent protection. Please open the machine and check to see if the motor is stuck or the drive bar or motor is broken. If all appears to be working, please try a softer membrane needle. An E2 error means there is an issue somewhere outside the battery, and the battery is protecting itself by displaying the E2 error.
| This means that the charging cord is faulty. Please change to a new cord and try again.

CHANGING THE CAM ON YOUR SOLICE MINI

Your Solice Mini comes with an interchangeable 3.5mm cam. To change up your cam, follow the instructions below:

  1. Unscrew the grip from the PowerPack battery of your Solice Mini by twisting it.
  2. IMPORTANT: Be sure to remove the 0-ring from the motor before you unscrew the motor’s casing. If you do not remove the 0-ring, you can cause your machine to seize and lock up. You can also cause lasting damage to your machine.
  3. Disconnect the PowerPack battery from the motor.
  4. Remove the protective sleeve from the motor by unscrewing to expose the cam.
  5. Use the included silver Allen key (the smaller of the two) to remove the set screw from the back of the cam that is securing it to the motor shaft. This screw is located on the upper gold part of the cam. Once you remove the screw, you can easily detach the cam from the motor shaft.
  6. Place the new cam on the motor shaft. Then, fix it into place by using the same Allen key to tighten the screw on the upper gold part of the cam onto the shaft of the motor.
