product is free from material and quality defects in caseofnormal useofthe
productduringthe warrantyperiod.
The warrantyperiod for thepurchased product is24 months from the
originaldateofpurchasestatedonthereceiptorinvoice,unless otherwise specified
by Lenovo. The above mentioned warranty periodalso applies to the accessories
included in the product.
The warranty rights will be exercised upon presentation of ………………………… and
confirmation that the entries in the warranty card are in conformity with the
actual state of affairs.
Depending on thetype of fault andthe level of support selected, the customer
will be informed about further service procedures. If theproduct
needstobedeliveredtothemaintenance service,the product
shouldbedeliveredinacompanypackagingorinarigidbox with intactflaps, secured
inside with a suitable cushioning material. Each item should be wrapped
separately.
Anyproductdefectsdiscoveredduringthewarrantyperiod willbe repaired
orreplacedfreeofcharge.Thetimeduringwhichdefective productsremain
inrepairisnotincludedinthewarrantyperiod.The maximum permitted repair time
is14 calendar days fromthe date theequipmentissubmittedto repair.The
methodofdefectrepairis determined by the guarantor.
Duringthewarrantyperiod,theguarantorwillreplacetheproduct withan
analogousoneor another model,freefrom defects, withnoworse technical
parameters if: · the reported defect is not removable, or · the warranty
service cannot be performed within the
aforementioned period.
The Warranty Card should be filled in completely and legibly, signed by the
seller and the buyer, and should not contain any deletions, corrections, etc.
The warranty does not cover mechanical damage, defects caused by improperuse
or use of the productinconsistent withtheoperating manual as well
asdefectscaused by random events. Mechanically damaged parts of the device
lose their warranty.
The warranty does not cover the restoration of the customer’s data or
software.
Themaintenanceservicemayrefusewarrantyrepairintheevent of an inconsistency of
product serial numbers with serial numbers containedin
theWarrantyCard,illegible records, changeorlack of product serial number,
detecting unauthorized repairs, breach of warranty seals of the product or its
components, or use of the
product contrary to its intended purpose.
Thiswarranty with respect to consumer goodsdoes not exclude, limit or

Inthe case of reporting a defect not coveredbythe warranty,the authorized
Lenovo service may charge the Claimant with the costs of diagnostics and
